Very convenient off rt 93 and very good customer service.

Everyone I encounter on my visit to the store was helpful and nice. I had called to inquire about the item in advance and when I got to the store it took no time at all to complete my purchase. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone brought my item to the service desk, waited patiently while I paid, and then loaded the big box (a snowblower) into my car. Very smooth transaction!

I called to order some drywall to be ready for pickup 48 hours later. The associate told me he would personally make sure the order was ready by 2pm (I was going to pick it up at 5pm). When I arrived on the scheduled day at 5pm, the order was not prepared and I had to move all the drywall myself. NOT impressed with customer service!

It has been my experience, since moving to this area about a year ago, that shopping at this store is always a pleasant experience. I have shopped at H.D. for many years, in several parts of the country, and this store is one of the best. I find that the employees are always willing to help, and for the most part, are knowledgeable about the products, and where in the store they can be found. The store is clean, and well stocked.

Would not give veterans discount using drivers license. Some Home Depot stores do . Very inconsistent. Lowes Store will when you register.

I am talking about the flooring dept only for laminate wood and carpet. Hard to find a person to help you. Seems there is only one and they are usually busy. We were told on our wood flooring delivery was free and moving furniture was free and not needed under the appliances We can do that. Only to be charge moving furniture, delivery or flooring was charge. and appliances must be moved. Not by one store worker but by two workers in the dept. ( not our fault they got it mixed up) Measuring dept missed the first date to come to our home and on the day to come calls and says I cannot come. I do not handle Hillsboro...so we live in Holderness NH not Hillsboro. More over charges on the order! Decide last week to go with carpet , they will not screw this up..Yes, the fellow never came on Sat as promised I waited 3 hours!! On and on and on... Now I still have to call to straighten out the carpet quote. It just never ends one mistake after another. If we get carpet it will be a miracle!.

More selections available which offer better and more informed choices. Customer service is excellent. Staff was accommodating, patient and knowledgeable about store stock and the products as well.

Very orderly store with friendly and helpful personnel. It would be nice if Home Depot in general stocked "soft white" LED light bulbs rather than the brighter LEDs.

Our experience at the Tilton Home Depot was exactly what it needed to be: easy parking, clean and organized store, friendly employees, I found everything I needed, and the prices were right.

We went into Home Depot to buy a washer and dryer. We were extremely disappointed to be treated the way we were. The appliance associate was very pushy, following us around like a dog while we looked at machines. Once we picked the ones we wanted, it seemed he tried to rush the process to get us out of there. He did a very disappointing job every step of the purchasing process. We received a $25 coupon for I don't even know what, it was never explained to us that we had to spend $100 or more to use it and the whole time we were expressing how cool it was that we could use that to buy the hoses for the washer, and the associate agreed with us! He assumed we wanted every accessory available with the machines and the most expensive warranty without even going over any of it. After picking out $1200 in machines, opening $1000 line of credit so we could get the ones we wanted we had put $200 on another card to offset the money we were spending. After a half hour trying to check out, our new card couldn't be run in the appliances department. We had to go to the front service desk for the card to be run. Once we got there another associate was helping with the transaction, who was very rude and acted as if we weren't there. The appliance associate kept explaining we were putting $200 on another card, and they said we had to start the transaction over. She stuck her hand out for the card to put $200 on. I explained I didn't want to do anything until I knew the $200 first charged in appliances didn't go through. Three associates said "Oh no it didn't go through because nothing printed." And I replied that I wanted someone to make sure. After an eye roll from the associate helping, they called the number on the back of the card AND IT DID GO THROUGH! I'm glad I wouldn't go any further. After another 20 minutes the transaction was finally finished, and instead of "Have a great day" or "Sorry for the inconvenience" or "Thank you for your patience" the associate that was helping put the receipt and all the paperwork on the counter and said nothing. She just walked away. After all that time, all the money we spent, and she couldn't say a word to us! Never ever will I recommend this store to anyone. From buying a can of paint to buying $1200 in appliances I will NEVER recommend this store!!!!

Always enough assistance and the associates ask if assistance is needed as they see you versus having to seek out an associate when help is needed. The associates are also very knowledgeable about techniques and products.

For the items we wanted , we had an excellent associate and gave us great help finding products and fitting them into cars.

Employees were readily available when assistance was needed, extremely helpful and very friendly! They cut a few pieces of wood for us for free and were fun and friendly even when there was a problem with the cutting equipment. Highly recommend this store!

The employees are friendly and take the time to really help you. ASM Pat and associate Daman were rockstars in helping us find the best deals and with loading the truck.

In the changing world customer service has really gone down hill but not went we went to your store and encountered Christina she made our experience great she got us help with the product we needed and even make sure someone showed up in that department. Then check us out and took time to make sure the damaged items we brought were price correctly. She surely was one of the greatest customer associate I have had in some time.

Seriously, the customer service I received today at the Tilton, NH store was above and beyond the call of duty! Jim and Randy are amazing people who deserve every bit of kudos that can possibly come their way. Raises, hugs, gold stars, Employee of the Month...whatever. These dudes are insanely awesome!

Customer service is excellent! We shopped around for the right washing machine and found, not only the best deal, but also was very pleased with the friendly, helpful assistance we received at Home Depot. The clerk was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us make the right decision. Plus, he provided us with info on rebates available.

I WAS NEGLIGENT BY NOT WRITING A REVIEW SEVERAL MONTHS AGO WHEN I WAS IN THIS STORE NEARLY DAILY. I WAS TRYING TO FIND A PENDANT LIGHT FIXTURE TO ADAPT TO AN ANTIQUE ONE THAT HAD GOTTEN BROKEN IN MY CHURCH. I ENDED UP TRYING 3 DIFFERNT FIXTURES. EACH TIME I CAME IN, I'D EXPLAIN THE ISSUES, SHOW THE SALES PEOPLE PICTURES AND WE'D BRAINSTORM. EVERY PERSON, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PATIENT. ON THE 3RD TRY, WE WERE ABLE TO FIND JUST THE RIGHT FIXTURE THAT I COULD WORK WITH TO ADAPT TO MY PARTICULAR APPLICATION. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
