Leah was our designer. We couldn't have found a better person with all her knowledge , everything went really smooth.

After having to wait for a product a young lady by the name of Chanel Bouchard greeted me with a smile and was very friendly.

Aside from the availability of products, your employees are always pleasant and eager to help. I go to the Tilton Home Depot for my needs. But I look forward to every visit because of your employees and more often than not it is the reason to win a toss-up.

I bought some paint 17 years ago from Home Depot and never used it. I brought the paint back to Home Depot recently to be "shaken" in the Paint Department. As it was being shaken, rusty pin holes appeared in the lid and the paint was leaking. Brian in the Paint Department happily got me a new plastic gallon container to put the paint in and strained out the rust in the paint for me. Brian then wiped the cover clean to reveal the color (which was a special mix) and he mixed me an additional gallon of paint. Brian is very knowledgeable, truly loves his job and loves helping people. Thank you Brian for making what could have been a "big mess" an easy fix.

We purchased Lifeproof vinyl plank in Dusk Cherry ,we found it nice to work with . Cutting was much easier than other flooring . Looks just Beautiful

We recently went to get flooring. We called ahead and we were helped right away. We recently had a baby so being able to call and have the person get everything ready ahead of time was so great and saved us a lot of time. He didn't seem to be burdened by our questions.

In addition to normal home purchases, I have bought a grill, ordered and installed kitchen counter tops, and ordered a storm door in the past two years. First two have been excellent experiences.

I have bought a lot of supplies from Home Depot in Tilton. I have to pick away at things, but my husband and I have redone our mobile home, and this summer we added a small greenhouse. I filled my greenhouse with the gorgeous tropical plants we found at Home Depot, and after shopping for plants online, I understand that I got an excellent deal!

We visited the store recently and ran into a snag at the checkout counter when we tried to use a coupon when paying cash, that was OUR mistake. NY Joe came to the rescue. He solved the problem and we were on our way. The staff at this store is extremely helpful. I will only go here when we need to buy home products.

I have now had another positive experience in the Tilton Home Depot. Kudos to Doug - paint, not even his department went above and beyond, and Isabella and 'D' (Delores) at the Service Dept. genuinely wanted to resolve my issue and they did! I truly appreciate everyone's effort. Great experience thanks to you all!

Staff was very welcoming and Evan in the Paint Dept. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And upon exiting the store, several staff wished me a good night - even the young man sweeping outside. Very impressed and made me feel appreciated. I really appreciate them!

He handled every question I had and helped me get the purchase completed and into my vehicle.

We always are in home depo in tilton and their staff are always friendly. But Mike s ' s for savings" is fantastic. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and always has a joke ready!

Outstanding service at the Home Depot in Tilton, NH. These people went out of their way to accomodate us and treated us with total respect. They never made you feel they were inconvenienced. Great store and fantastic employees

Lori was extremely helpful and pleasantly cheerful during my visit. Left the store in a happy mood after entering in a very grumpy mood.

They were able to figure out a home delivery order I received but misunderstood the description and they were able to refund me the full amount on the order.

HAD A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OFFER TO HELP

Stacey was an exceptional employee. She was helpful and very respectful. She thanked my husband for his Military Service and made sure we found what we needed. She is a real gem of an employee!

My visit to Home Depot today was to pick up some needed item to begin repairs on a set of stairs at my home. I was able to pick up the items I needed to begin the project. I also paid a visit to each of the sections of the store for items that I'll be needed in the very near future. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the item I will be needing are readily available. I plan to return to this store in a few days to pick up the remaining items I need.

The TILTON Store #3402 is probably the best place to shop for building supplies and things for the home in general. Home Depot seems to have made it a priority to make the customers comfortable, safe and happy. This store in particular has always made my day by having what I was looking for and other things that I had to have. Great shopping experience each time.

You should clone Pete (the Englishman) in Hardware. He is patient, kind, can check the computer for stock, can transfer calls on his phone, etc. What a difference the 2nd trip was with him! I realize many of your employees are part-time having retired from their career job; however, they seem uninterested or lacking knowledge regarding which aisle, if stock can be ordered, etc. I stopped going to Tilton store about 12 years ago because of these issues and spoke to a young manager who couldn't have cared less when I complained. I came in last week and got incorrect merchandise from such an employee and came back and found Pete.

We needed help in making choices for a new home build. Every department we needed had employees that went above and beyond in helping us. We didn't feel rushed and felt as though we were a priority. It was a great shopping experience. I highly recommend the Tilton Home Depot.

Top shelf people working the floor. A former plumber helped me work through a very complex plumbing problem recommending the appropriate fittings in the most efficiently priced solution.

This is hands down the best store in my area, always have what I need
