For us, it's like going back to our old neighborhood hardware store. Yes, it's big box, but we've been shopping there since day 1 and find it very comforting and not stressful to shop there. Most everyone knows us on a first name basis. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices too.

I always like Shopping at the Tilton, Home Depot as it never seems too busy or too crowded. The staff is kind and friendly. They are also quick to help when needed.

I am extremely pleased with the Tilton NH store because a certain cashier, MIKE, is always friendly and helpful no matter what day or time I shop there which is 2 to 3 x a week. Excellent customer Service person as far as I am concerned.

The Tilton team are pleasant and knowledgeable. Now and then i can't find someone when i need them...that can be frustrating...but when i do, they usually go out of their way to help and be sure I'm satisfied.

Folks at this store are exceptional in customer service. I had special orders in windows and doors, kitchen design, and plumbing which all come together after several changes. Special attention to my order gave me significant discounts in prices, saving me thousands of dollars!

This store didn't have as many holiday decorations as others, but we were able to find everything we needed, and our cashier Mike was super awesome!

Store was clean and full of stock. Sales in appliances was very helpful and actually fun to deal with. We will definitely hunt down Tim Harper to buy from again.

This is the second time I tried going to the competition because there is less traffic in that direction, but once again I did not find what I was looking for at "the other place." You not only cater to the various trades here in NH but you also carry the best tools to get the job done right. Keep up the good work!

The Tilton, NH store is "just what the doctor ordered". We got what we needed and were finished in just a short while. The person who waited on was was very good, even tho this was not her department. She was just walking by us when we asked for assistance and she said it was not her department but would be glad to help us. She was a cashier and headed for the garden department to shut that register down. Imagine, she found the tool we needed, suggested that we purchase the kit instead of the three separate items and it was a lot less expensive that way. She also DID NOT rush us and asked if she could help us with other items. That Home Depot store is over an hour from our residence but it was worth the trip.

They have what I need when I need it and the associates are very helpful. I enjoy seeing the seasonal change displays, they are alway varied and have new and interesting items.
