Like this home depot location. Staff is pleasant, they do their best to help. They are also what I would call "very NH" personality wise which is great, if you know you know. Leaving this review so their corporate office hopefully gives the workers some credit, its deserved. Size of the store / inventory is pretty decent but not quite as good as others, but definitely better than most. Some annoying things, which mostly apply to all home depots: they stock some metal roofing panels, but not all the trim/transition pieces needed to actually properly make a roof. Same problem with some other products, very much so HVAC as well. Obvious they have some corporate employees that have never lifted a hammer making the calls. Could vastly improve sales by making sure all the pieces to complete a project are available in some categories.

We bought a Bosch 800 dishwasher. It was advertised as being extremely quiet, and having an “InfoLight” that shines indicates when it’s running. Turns out that this model SHP78CM5N Does not come with this feature. Unfortunately it took 3 months, working with Bosch, to determine that is the case. The only remedy offered was a 10% refund of the original purchase price.

This is my "go to" Home Depot.

Everyone in this store has always been friendly and helpful. I have gotten exceptional deals because an employee pointed out an unadvertised sale.

Comparing this store to HD’s in my former neighborhood (Washington DC area) is a whole different experience. Instead of bureaucratic systems and surly, unhelpful employees, the Tilton HD is full of courteous, helpful people who go out of their way to help customers. Returns are easy and uneventful. Stock is mostly available. Keep up the good work! You all have renewed my faith in Home Depot stores.

It's no surprise that the Tilton NH location has a great team because the manager Kristen is wonderful. She's helpful to customers, and you see her helpful to teammates. Great customer service starts at the top.

I went in looking for a particular style kitchen cabinet - HD had it so I ordered them to be delivered. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Half the order arrived today and the rest is due soon. I am pleased and would go back to that store in the future.

This is now the 3 visit where two separate female employees between check out and guest services that have been beyond offense to only my husband and I. Most of the staff and store are great but some employees need to act better and not profile people

I had a problem with a product and the manager and two other employees went out of their way to help resolve it.

The Tilton Home Depot, has a “team” of employees on the floor. They work together and smoothly, assuring customers have service, when needed. Each one is very well trained with knowledge and understanding of the products they work with.

If you have a chance to go in and you happen to encounter Christine the night MOD. You can expect the best service you can get in that store. You can count on leaving knowing you receive the best service you could.

All of the workers that we came in contact with during our kitchen renovation project were friendly, responsible and efficient!

After spending much too long looking for what i needed Kirk approached me and asked if I needed help. I clearly don't hide my frustration well so I explained what I needed and he helped me find it. He also went as far as putting it together for me so I could go home and put it right on the kitchen sink. Couldn't have been happier for his help as my son had called during one of my fits and said just ask for help and if course I didn't and I spent longer looking which is my own fault but thanx to Kirk I didn't need to struggle at home like I did in the store for no reason if I had just asked for help. So when my son calls in the morning he's gonna say, I told you so which is going to make me mad. It's my own fault but then I wouldn't have had Kirk help me out. He was very helpful and courteous!!

I went there to buy a bug light for our numerous mosquitoes! Excellent service from the gentleman on the floor all away to the cashier! Highly recommend this Home Depot!

As I went to check out and purchase my items the cashier Lori assisted me and help to get the military discount and was very nice to talk with too.

Recently bought a Weber grill at Tilton Home Depot ,customer service had it assembled and ready for pick up in one day ! They really made it work!

This store failed to replace a damaged cabinet despite being notified weeks before installation was scheduled. The attitude of management was "there is nothing we can do." Could care less about what it did to our efforts to have a working kitchen

Leah made our first kitchen remodel as smooth as it could be. Her knowledge, patience, and personality made the whole process feel too easy!!

Leslie Gates went above and beyond today in assisting us with a vanity purchase. She demonstrated customer service skill which is rare to see lately. She truly made our shopping experience one that we had not experienced in years. It is so nice to see people who go above and beyond to provide the client with an excellent shopping experience.

Not much to say other than, the store is always well stocked, they have nice and helpful employees, and store is always clean.

Brian will go out of his way to help you, he really knows his stuff!!! The only place I’d buy my paint if I needed a certain color

Got my Christmas tree and Oscar was very helpful

We were at the home depot during a rain storm so of course it was busy. The customer service person manning the self checkout called for back up, greeted us and told us the register was going to be opening up as we were next in line. Our cashier Oscar, who had held off on going to lunch, greeted us and was just great. I generally get great service every trip we take to this store.

We came to Home Depot early in the morning to start our day and purchase a number of items for a painting project. Mark S greeted us at the checkout line and instead of watching us check out items out he actually quickly checked out all of our items for us while simultaneously ensuring that every other customer coming through was greeted and asked if they needed any help. While doing all of that he asked if we wanted to apply for a credit card in the savings that we might receive. He then assisted us with entering in the information so that we can quickly move through the process. He was knowledgeable funny thoughtful and truly made our experience outstanding!
