Well run sore. Associates very helpful and look like they enjoy working at the HD.

diana, in the paint dept. was very helpful with my painting project.Now the first gentlemen that tryed to help me had no time for me.lucky i hung around and diana showed up and the reast of the day was good.

The store was well laid out, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and the overall experience was superior to a competitor for the same product. Products were neatly displayed and all seemed available.

If buying an appliance make sure to buy extended warranty best thing we ever did we got TWO LEMONS FROMGE WASHER & DRYER GE could care less if one year old they would have replaced computer boards 4 times $469,00 each time was covered by Home Depot warranty so well worth it

There are 2 comments: 1st I went into the store to purchase 2 ceiling lights w/ fans. I was told they had to order them and I could pick them up when they arrive in Tilton, NH so I did. Upon discussing the ceiling fans with my wife we decided to purchase the same fans but with the remotes instead; I immediate called and was told that the order couldn't be changed due to my purchase of them on the web. ?? Actually I never knew that I purchased them seeing the clerk took down all the info and said "they'll be in a week". This is all good on your employee side, my fault that I wanted to changed the order; so they told me to call the 800 , I did and was told again that I couldn't change the order; so my wife was afraid the stock of these ceiling fans would be sold-out. So we went back to the store and order the ceiling fans w/ lights & remotes. The reason I'm writing this really has nothing to do with the prior paragraph, when we went back in to order them a assistant manager (male) who placed the 2nd order for us couldn't believe we couldn't cancel the 1st order and tried himself; with no luck he then told us how to process cancelling the 1st order which we did without issue. This employee gets a standing ovation due to the fact he went out of his way to show some compassion toward us! My 2nd encounter with a paint dept. clerk gets a " congratulations for being the 2019 Employee of the Year". I mentioned what he did to calm my fears of painting my house & coming to a agreement in what type of paint we should use right up to the proper painting supplies, and I'm not kidding I didn't get his name even thought I meet him twice & looked at his name but honestly don't remember it! Keep up the good work Tilton! (ps, I spent 40 years in MA in law enforcement & know when people are sincere, these 2 employees should be the face of Home Depot!

Employees are very pleasant and helpful when advice is needed in reference to materials, tools and products.

Brian and another worker put together my paint order for an entire interior in (my opinion) amazing time. I was able to get the products to my painting contractor fast and avoid delays waiting for paint to be applied. Thank You

Shopping for paint in the Tilton Home Depot has become an exercise in futility. Apparently they don't take their, or our business very seriously. Late this afternoon I went into the store, with a paint already picked out, and had to wait in line around the paint counter while an obviously under trained employee struggled to help a single customer. Finally I asked an employee assisting a single customer at the self checkout to summon more help. She called a number of times before an equally untrained person showed up to try to help the woman from "flooring" at the paint counter. I generally shop at the Lebanon Home Depot, due in part to proximity to my residence. Lebanon also has their issues but seems much more well staffed and equipped to handle any issues that arise.

I love Tilton Home Depot! Came in to buy paint on a special paint promo and had little to no wait. I was assisted immediately by a very friendly and courteous associate, Dennis. He was a pleasure to talk to and knows paint! He was very helpful too in assisting me. My check out was awesome...just me. No wait in a line, quick easy simple....and this is not a once in a time experience. This seems to happen each time I shop at the Tilton Home Depot

I had the most amazing experience at Tilton Home Depot and I will NEVER forget it! I was looking at area rugs not really intending to buy any one. I was wandering about when I noticed a display of rugs laid out with the rolled up rugs underneath. I found one I really liked and was on sale. I didn't have a cart and a sales associate went and got me one and helped load the area rug on it. When I got to the check out the associate was very polite and friendly and helped me. The computer was having problems, so she asked for assistance from another associate and then the manager came and quickly made a decision and my sale was complete. I didn't have to wait and wait. And another associate volunteered to help me to my car and load the area rug! This has been the best experience I have every had at any store. So much genuinely friendly service!

I chose to go to The Home Depot, as I was concerned other home improvement stores would not have the products I was looking for. Unfortunately, The Home Depot did not sell ALL the products I was looking for, however, the store associate was attentive and helpful & attempted to find everything on my list. Thanks and a job well done!

Was looking for a specific item and by asking associate for direction where to find I saved time and was brought directly to the product. Associates at this location are very friendly and seem to be knowledgeable.

Home Depot is the only store in the area that I will shop in when I need anything that you sell. I was in the parking lot one day and my car wouldn't start and an employee walked by and asked if I needed a jump start. I say yes please. He went into the store to tell them what he was going to do and came back out and moved his car in front and got me started. I offered to pay him but he didn't want anything. That shows you the kind of employees they have in that store.

The people were really helpfully and they had what we wanted at a price we could afford.
