Andrew was Great! The item I needed was only available with the purchase of a large variety pack. He offered me the variety pack at a discounted rate, thereby saving me a little money but more importantly allowed me to get what I needed to complete my project. This makes twice in a couple of months that Andrew has taken care of me and made me feel like a Valuable Customer. He is largely responsible for my returning to your store and purchasing items I need.

I am refinishing my decks. I found the proper materials and tools necessary to complete my task. The sales associate was very helpful and possessed the knowledge to make my visit pleasant and quick.

Paint desk was up and "running" on the 4th of July. They got our order out quickly while we picked up some added hardware. everything was on a card and ready to go when we returned to the desk a few minutes later! WOW! Never had that happen before! Something has changed for the good at Home Depot!

I went to Hope Depot to purchase and have a storm door installed. The associate was late for our appointment, input the order incorrectly, and the company hired to install my door has made 2 appointments with me and still hasn't shown up to install my door. I will never hire Home Depot again or purchase any big ticket items there. Very bad/ongoing experience.

Most everyone was helpful. We were ordering a carpet and ended up paying much more than we could afford. It was probably our fault. The Color of the carpet was an awful color when it was laid down in the house. We had to get another color and since the original carpet was cut, we had to pay thru the nose, so to speak. The best thing about this ordeal was Nichole who was a great help.

Every time I come to this store the associates are very Knowledgeable and friendly. I always get everything i need and a few things I needed that I didnt realize that was very helpful with my projects on my house. The best all in one house maintenance store anywhere.

I found the items I needed very quickly. The price was right. The help I got putting the items on a cart was very helpful. The person that helped me was very helpful and with all my questions about sizes and all. The cashier was friendly also.

I had to take back a trimmer that was missing the battery and the store took excellent care of the situation, was very pleased with the return policy and helpfulness of the store associate. Jacqueline was very courteous and helpful and made a difficult situation improve dramatically. You are very lucky to have Jacqueline represent Home Depot.

We were looking for staples while the store was doing a reset and we were looking for a particular brand that apparently didn't get shipped, to fill the reset plan. Bradley saw we were looking around and came to our rescue with answers. We found a substitute brand that would work for us, so we could get back home and finish our project. He was very helpful and is an asset to Home Depot.

my husband and I spent half the day looking for patio furniture found a very expensive set we just did not want to commit to that price. Stopped in at the Home Depot found that we loved or less than $1000 with two year warranty very happy. we also went to Sears and did not like to obnoxious obnoxious sales people following us around a big turnoff Home Depot laid back no pressure

The store associates that I worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgable. I am disabled and they went out of their way to assist me. I so appreciated all their help.

I wanted to buy Organic Garden Soil and as I walked up to the entrance of the outdoor section an associate greated me. He then showed me what I was looking for, put the items in cart, waited for me to pay for the items and then walked me to my car to load the items. Way to go! I wish I knew his name he was outstanding.
