My husband and I received great customer service at this store just recently in purchasing a new gas grill. A sales associate measured it for us, we went home to get another vehicle, came back and purchased it. Realized it was the wrong model just before loading it. Sales assoc. helped me get a refund and then re-purchase the correct one that I wanted. He then went to try to get it into our car which was almost impossible. He finally got it in, tethered it down. He was extremely pleasant and worked 15 min. past his quitting time just to make sure we were satisfied. This service is above and beyond what I experienced at other stores.

All fine and stocked well. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Please let all employees know how much they are appreciated.

If anyone is looking to remodel your kitchen. Look up Mark in the cabinet and counter top department. Made our purchase seamless. Very professional, and extremely organized. Would recommend anyone and everyone to use him. Thank you, Mark. Super satisfied.

Franklin was awesome taking me to the exact product I needed. Jeanette sped me thru the paint department. Fast and friendly. Chrystal was a delight at check out making sure each product was processed properly. Store was very busy and social distancing was impossible.

Did not shop there. Katie in Service had to field the Oak Harbors failures. The 3 I came in contact at this store surpassed the Oak Harbor Service dept. Horribly treated by the after 6 young screaming loud Angy young man. Then when he found HE was on wrong computer order tried to bully more Oak Harbor needs to rethink customer care. No authority, don't waste our time making us talk to them.

The associates at this store are so friendly and always ask if we need help.

Had to wait in line and they encouraged social distancing. At cash register everyone had to touch one of 4 hand price scanners to self checkout, essentially shaking everyone's hand in the store. The scanners were not being cleaned between customers, or at all from what I saw today. They go to all that effort, make you wait outside, but then they let this be the way you exit the store, with contaminated hands.

Bradley was the best person in the world he was the best cashier and made us laugh and nice personatily

This is my first time going to this store during the pandemic. You announce social distancing but at least had your patrons don’t care. You should require anyone entering to wear a face covering since they won’t keep distance while in the store.

I moved to Marysville Wa 6 years ago and since then Home Depot has been my go to home improvement/ project/paint supply store. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Consistently gets orders wrongs. went to brick and mortar, ordered microwave. Guy rung up wrong microwave. Had to call in online, they dropped the ball and had to call in again. I asked for a receipt to my email canceling the order, that did not happen. It never fails something always goes wrong when shopping stay away

I was helped at the return desk by (Rose). She has helped me before. She always greats me with a smile and and a handshake!. She is such a delight to work with. She also helped me find the correct item I was looking for. She is my go to person!!! Home Depot has a real gem here!.. Don't lose her!!!

The employees were very helpful at this store! Tina was great and offered to be available when we needed wood to be cut and was very patient with us as we had at least 5 different specific measurments we needed cut. I highly recommend this store!

I have received some of the best help and personal assistance at this store over others a few employees really make the store stand out when they stick with you UN till your questions are answered or right product found. Richard in Electrical is excellent, help in doors and Appliances are great as well. You have a better chance of the best help during regular day hours Monday through Friday. Lots of competition for help on weekends.

Associates that I encountered during most of my shopping trips at this particular store were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I was shopping for.

For the 2nd time in a month, the same employee named Dave asked us if we were finding everything ok and we weren’t. He scanned the tag of the empty shelf and located what we wanted. 1st time he had to close an aisle to get a large item from up high and yesterday, he kept looking and found what we needed again.

The store hours are great and the environment in the store is friendly

Stores moving plumbing around. Often have to lay out the design on the floor and make due with work around that cost more.
