I bought a door . Perfect fit.

Store provided the gardening products I wanted.

Bought a special order door that came in damaged. No phone call to notify me that the door was there. Manager was supposed to reorder door never did. Second door was reordered and again nobody called me to notify me it was there. Caught attitude from store manager when I went to pick up the door. Unbelievably incompetent management. Not the first time I've had issues with the store or home Depot in general. Wish there was better options. Horrible customer service from management. Only shopping here when an absolute must

Volo Home Depot is my favorite location ,they seem too always have a friendly Staff and great selection .

At least 6 employees standing up at register talking or on phones but worthless and ignoring customers. Actually had to walk around them to use self check out. This store has always had an issue with help and wasted payroll Only a select few help with everything.it seems over last 8 years I have shopped here after leaving my own retail job of 28 years

Aisle closed while I was already in it, and no proper aisle devices used. Just shopping carts and a customer claiming “ it’s okay I will keep him out” and the girl working the lift laughed. 1/6/24 3:30 storage bin aisle.

I stopped by my favorite HD in Volo, IL and immediately noticed that the lights were dimmed. It was a bit of a turn off on a gray, cold, wintery day. I asked the clerk and she said yes, although we normally do it in the summer. Otherwise they had what I needed and I found the clerks friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

They need to get the humidifiers and supplies on the shelf. Christmas things are always out months before the holiday

Every time I go to Home Depot, Kessler goes out of his way to say hello. He also always shows me the latest and greatest Ryobi products. Great kid and is always looking for something to do.

I can always depend on the people at the Volo Home depot. I choose the store because they're courteous, friendly, and always there to help.

Avoid this location if at all possible - unless you know what you need and where to find it, you will never find any associate to help or that is knowledgeable!!

Been buying from Volo store for several yrs on support of our American Legion. If they don’t have it, they get it. If they don’t carry they help find someone that does. They support Veterans, our military n first responders!!! Salute!

As far as driving distance, I have a choice of four Home Depot's to shop at. I prefer Volo, because it has a certain aura about it.

Brought paint I bought several years ago and they matched it. Also bought a plant in great shape at 50% off. I would have given a 4 star but had to wait too long to get help at the paint desk.

My son and I went shopping for Father’s Day and Graduation day.. we got two grills with the accessories and everything we need for the grilled . I would like to give my biggest thanks to George who was behind helpful and generous to help us on everything we needed .

We were looking for a new GE range and drove all the way down to Abt but the service was not great and they never even heard of the range we wanted. Home Depot found exactly what we wanted and I’m so happy.

Sold wrong accessories for tools, sold wrong saw for a free stand delivered wrong size drywall sheets (they did redeliver the right size) but the timing of the delivery was at the same time the building inspector was next door so I will have to pay for a permit to drywall my garage

I had a great experience at the Volo HD. Lyset was great helping me complete my purchase and Credit application.

Excellent sale people in the Appliance dept, Kitchen Cabinet Dept, and the Flooring Dept.

Sid was very knowledgeable in the product he sold us and is very kind and friendly person!

I found this store in Volo, to be better stocked and organized than some other HD stores.

My husband is crippled, so I had to do the shopping for several bags of pea gravel, leveling sand, pavers, and landscaping timbers. Being in my 70’s, I was dreading it. Two employees helped me (at opposite ends of the store,) by loading my carts, and delivering them to Customer Service, where I paid. Matt wheeled the carts outside, while I drove up the pick-up truck. Mason helped Matt load everything in a way that got me home safely, without bags of pea gravel (or anything else) flying out of the back. Thank you , Mason and Matt!

Bought two bags of Scott's fertilizer totally $76. When I open the bags, both were water soaked. Tried spreading the fertilizer to no avail. Drop spreader kept clogging. Had to spread the fertilizer on the garage floor to hopefully dry out enough to use. Had to unclog the spreader. Simple one hour job turns into a nightmare.

I had to fix two bunk beds that are in a rental property. I explained to Scott what was going on and he took me to each section of the store necessary to gather the tools and supplies. He even took the time to draw a diagram of what needed to happen. Great experience.
