We moved to NJ a year ago and the West Long Branch Hime Depot has been much more accommodating than the Home Depot on Staten Island in Tottenville. Employees are more helpful and knowledgeable of the products

Products are always happily returned or exchanged when needed

I needed to buy a couple of items due to a home repair emergency, I went to Home Depot and asked where I can find the items I needed and the employees were polite and directed me and assisted me and helped with my purchase.

opinion based on 3 trips 2 retail associates the first was good. The second Associate was the best assistance I have ever had in any retail environment. They were able to provide alll the items I needed. Store was neat easily searched and clean associates very helpful.

Shags at customer service is a poor example if a CSR. She was rude and abrupt to myself and the customers before me. Send her to the stock room if she doesn’t know how to satisfy customers. Also I presented her with a receipt from the Home Depot app and she refused to look at it done the bar code wouldn’t load. So on top of being rude she is also lazy and inept.

One store representative helped me find the cordless lawnmower I wanted, as well as the grass seed, turf builder, and seed spreader. Since I was inside the semi- outdoor portion of homedepot, I was second in line. Indoors the wait would have been Significantly Longer.

My family and I are currently working on a bathroom renovation which has become quite the big undertaking. The staff at this store is very patient, kind and helpful. We had the best experience at this Home Depot because of your employee named Tarik. He went out of his way to help us get a particular Christmas tree in a tight time schedule. Tarik is attentive, professional, and has a wonderful cheerful personality. We completed an online Home Depot survey and detailed this particular shopping experience, I hope management recognizes Tarik in a meaningful manner! I worked in retail for 28 years and I know that Tarik is a special employee (and person!). Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
