I enjoyed looking at all the xmass, was displayed so nice, and plenty of help was there for my guestions.tx

The two workers I dealt with at customer service were extremely rude. I told my story in the survey about how I was treated during a return. I understand working in customer service around the holidays can be difficult but that is not a way to treat a customer. I gave no one a problem and had what I needed to do this return and they both made it more difficult and painful. Especially for being the customer service department. I left the store very upset for no reason and feeling as if I did something wrong when I didn’t. There was no respect or kindness during this interaction and it was a bad way to start my day.

We found the flooring department really knowledgable and found the Lifeproof flooring a great option for our basement. Sheryl was a great help, knew a lot about all the various types of floors.

Great selection and well organized, super friendly staff like Anna, Zack and Christopher. One of the best Home Depots in the area.

Always shop at this location until today. Apparently they changed there rules on the military discount again and the cashier Christian would not take my id. I argued with him that it’s a county veteran card and the girl working alongside him said it’s ok there’s a military discount. I guess I upset him cause when I got home I realized he never gave it to me. Guess I’m going to Lowe’s from now on they actually put u in their system and never give u a hard time and besides homedepot didn’t have half the stuff I was looking for and I ended up going to Lowe’s anyway

I am a DYI kind of guy who often tackles projects that are above my skill level. Before I start every project I got to my Home Depot in Long Branch NJ to ask for help. There has never been a time when I got bad advice. Often I encounter a glitch in my project and I return to ask for advice and your employees "pull me out of the weeds". Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.

I love this store specifically but wish they would bring back the Ooops paint section

Like most HD's in Monmouth county , employees know what they're talking about when you need advice. Stuff is always easy to find & better priced than the other guys.

Great customer service.

We needed a new washing machine at 7pm on a Friday. Vera in Appliances took our phone call, confirmed stock IN A TRAILER, advised we should delay coming for an hour while a delivery truck unloaded so we didn't have to wait. She recognized us by name when we arrived, truck was gone & she was able to get our new machine & we were on our way in 10 minutes. Vera was a ROCK STAR in Appliances.
