I moved here from Staten Island and I love this Home Depot.Evertime has been a positive experience the BEST Customer Service I have found absolutely outstanding evertime I come. Totally satisfied with all the service I receive whenever I come. It is by far the Best Service I have received 200% better than any Home Depot in NY.

Store cleaning and organize

Collins in the paint department is very knowledgeable and kind. he gave me wonderful suggestions for my project and with his advice it turned out perfectly!

Good afternoon, After many years visiting, shopping, and buying at your West Long Branch store for remodeling, fixing, painting, planting, and Christmas tree selecting, I was met with a discourteous employee at your refund desk. Not only was the employee in question discourteous but dishonest in her assessment of my return. On two occasions: once with me and another with the garden manager on the phone. Both times she clearly stated that the purchase to be returned was “EMPTY” when it was 3/4 empty. And both times I needed to correct her. Further, while waiting for a judgement from the Garden Manager, she “haphazardly”waited on another customer. That poor customer! He was treated worse than I. He was not refunded anything, even though he provided two receipts. He was told that he had brought back items “ to many times in the past”. Is this Home Depot’s policy? A transaction that should have taken only less than a minute lasted quite a while longer, including writing this email. Please look into this matter, because I would hate to shop elsewhere.

This is the best Home depot in my area. Everyone is so helpful and I never have to wait for help. I will alway go to this Home Depot. 5 stars

Friendly and available associates!

I find there are always friendly associates around to help find things. Very manageable size and location of items to get in and out quickly if necessary!

I’m a regular and when I come to west long Branch store I always get great service and and respect from the staff.

Luis from the pro desk discussed my product helped me with my purchase. They all go above and beyond when these are clearly blue jobs. So for a woman this makes it easy for asking recommendations and suggestions. Franklin, Taylor, JT and Glenn are always helpful even when they are not helping me directly. This HD by far has the best employees !!!

The staff goes above and beyond to assist me with whatever project I am working on. They direct you to the correct isle and also recommend the best choice in your purchase. Saves you time and money !!

I have been going to this store since 2004. It is clean and they have what I want to buy.

what has happened to this place lately? no one there to help, giving wrong advice, cashiers with attitudes, must be new management

When we desperately needed a generator, Home Depot came through with flying colors!
