I had a fantastic experience at the Home Depot located at 11305 SW 40th St. in Miami, FL, thanks to Ali Saadat. After researching washers and dryers extensively, we returned to this store just to work with him again—and I’m so glad we did. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient—no pressure, just genuine help. He took the time to walk us through our options and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We ended up making our purchase there because of the outstanding service he provided. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ali Saadat truly deserves the recognition. If you're shopping at this location, I highly recommend asking for him! Kuddos to Home Depot for hiring well.

I buy mostly in the garden section. No employees there.

Very often I get done with my work for the day pretty late end up back at Home Depot for the next days work really late and West Bird store even one about to close don’t rush and push me out of the store even if I am running up to the closing time They’re willing to allow me to gather whatever products I need and pay for them even if it runs them right up to closing time, thank you the extra time is definitely a plus plus for me

I shop at Home Depots all over Dade County and the service in this store was the Worst!!!

This HomeDepit store is good enough but it could be made better with a few more well trained, knowledgeable associates on the floors to help customers and having the App be up to date as to what is actually in the store tor not to help customers save time and money.

I always find what I need at this store and the staff is helpful

I got what I needed for my home at a decent price.

Not the best in service but the store was relatively clean and well stocked

I placed an order online and in 4 hours it was ready for pick up. I even bought a few extra items, and was able to pay then at the customer service desk. Quick and easy!

I bought a brand-new stable washer and dryer. on Jan 6th, 2025, paid cash was delivered on Jan 10th, 2025, not functioning. Was told I needed to wait until Jan 16th for an exchange nothing offered for the in convivence Very poor customer service. Will never shop at home depot again.........

Hard to find someone to help

I've been buying at this location for years. But something is different. Recently the service is at an amazing level. I'm getting greeted and the employees are very knowledgeable. Too bad I forgot there names but I'm usually in garden and hardware. Whatever changed keep it up!!!

Home Depot has such a great variety of items such as household product, construction material, tools, gardening, interior remodeling appliances, and a Great team of personnel willing to help you in your needs. This is definitely my favorite store.

No customer service had to wait to have keys done over 20 minutes, and then person showed up with an attitude, no one was willing to help very sad.

Simply make it easier for those that are willing to spend money on your store. Having aisle workers force you to the register with your product and not allow you to shop around the store not a good experience for the customer.

Last time I was helped, but this time I had to take down the wooden dolly by myself. No big deal, because the box was already open.

My family and I have use this Home Depot for years for all our home improvement and plus, and we are always very satisfy, we always find what we need, they have many options, and the customer service it is always excellent.

I came into Home Depot at 7:30 in the morning to return some things. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I have a Home Depot card where I use most of the time. From time to time, my son, or my husband may come by with a different card. She was rude from the very start. She had a hard time explaining how to do separate transactions for the items that were on my card and those that weren’t. And then she went on to tell me that I was denied from returning $47 because I didn’t have a receipt for those items. And that it was because I’ve returned too many things without a receipt. That is actually untrue because most of what I buy here I buy on my card. But it was her attitude most of all that really Made my experience with Home Depot awful. To the point that I’d rather go to another store further away from my house. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know that he should really retrain his staff that he has at the return desk or basically change employees. And after waiting for half an hour, he never showed up.

For whatever you need, just go find Melanie! She was so helpful with what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything!

I have been renovating my house for the past 2 months. All my contruction needs were bought at Home Depot. Excellent service all aroung. No complains
