Had a question about delivery and the first employee in another department personally escorted me to the Customer Service department. Both employees went above and beyond my expectations.

Their garden center is great, and the people that work their have so far all been very helpful & friendly!

I purchased pavers and associated products for a small project to prepare an area for a pool heater installation. I used their delivery service for $79. Everything was delivered on time and it great condition. The driver and helper went out of their way to place the pallet where I needed it. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Great experience. I will use their delivery service again in the near future.

Fantastic service at this location! All the associates are so kind, helpful and friendly. They always check to see if you need anything. Special shoutout to MARK who was super patient with our long list of items that we had to order and put on hold. And to PAIGE for her prompt and efficient support over the phone to sort out an issue we encountered. She’s a great problem solver. One of the associates (can’t remember her name) mentioned to me that this HD location is a true community, that she’s been there 7 yrs (in her 30-yr stint) and she loves working there. Keep it up, folks. Your efforts are appreciated!

The West McKinney Home Depot is a great place to shop. The store is clean and well organized making it easy to locate items on your own. The associates are friendly and helpful when needed. Associates are also knowledgeable about products. I highly recommend the West McKinney Home Depot store.

We go out of our way to visit this location. Everyone is always helpful especially Chase in garden area.

I needed to replace some broken shades and Reppy and Lisa were the best. They kept in touch and were so helpful. Great experience!

Love to shop at Home Depot for the quality of the products and staff friendliness

I purchased an LG microwave and scheduled a delivery/installation. The installers arrived, then promptly left because we have a tile backsplash. I now have a microwave oven in a box sitting in my kitchen for a week or more so that a special 3rd party installer that costs more than the installation fee I paid would have to come out. No one asked me about tile when I purchased. Home Depot has yet to offer to make this right financially. Beware when purchasing LG Microwaves from Home Depot if you have a tile Backsplash in your kitchen.

In search of a new wood supplier for my extremely busy e-commerce business. Was kindly greeted by a woman at the entrance and then it all went south. The man that was cutting my wood could not be more visibly upset that he had to help me. I was mansplained by two different men in which I had explain to THEM that 12 inches is a foot. And was refused help when I asked for a different agent to work with. I have a thriving woman-owned business, I know what I need and yet I was treated like scum. Guess I need jeans and a trucker hat to be taken seriously next time.

It was a little difficult to navigate through the store because merchandise was blocking the walkways along with abandoned carts. The store was not orderly and neat.

I can usually find a place to park in the shade. Once bi enough bought 5 80 lb bags of cement and one of the employees helped me load them on the track. That meant a lot to me.

Just bought blinds have had good ones and a few bad ones

Recently I purchased a lot of drain products. I had to go back to the store for additional products and encountered a manager and plumbing department employee that could have cared less if I was there or not. Poor customer service!!!

This stores DEI is really shining through. No accountability No standards.

Lance Dryden was very helpful when I was shopping for a refrigerator. I would go back again to this store and and this appliance specialist when I need another appliance.

KC (Kadambari C) in customer service did a wonderful job helping me cancel my online order (ANOTHER STORE????). I explained to her that I had to use online since my ultimate rewards gives me 10% back, she went above and beyond (spoke with her manager) and gave me the 10% discount. What started as a BAD EXPERIENCE WITH someone who didn’t want to help me at all at the beginning (different customer service representative) turned out to be a a positive experience in the end. Thanks 😊

People standing in line to checkout and there are 3 self checkout registers closed. 4 employees standing around chatting and giggling when they could get all of the carts there are in the parking lot or run a register.

I was searching for something but couldn't find it. James took time to help me look for it. We eventually found it which wouldn't have happened without his help. I have always found him to be the most helpful associate in this store.

Ali was so helpful at the check out counter. He was polite and held good conversation as we were checking out.

Garden Center employee was quick to assist! Manner was Deen (sounds like my brother Dean). Promotional price was not being applied, he quickly realized that while the display had moved from its original place, he remember seeing the correct pricing and adjusted. His attitude was fantastic and his effectiveness and taking care of the problem was impressive..
