I purchased 3-8ft. x 12" Melamine shelves, had them cut to size and helped out to my car. They are a clean white finish, no need to paint.. Heat activated glue on edging to match is also available.The price was actually cheaper than wood.

I have bought lots of christmas gifts for my husband here....we rent lots of tools and this weekend a table saw....love the Behr paints use them all the time

This Home Depot has been my “to go to” regarding almost all my landscaping/planting needs for part 15 years I lived in McKinney Stonebridge. I find appropriate soil, variety of plants to freshen up my front yard. I also get pots here and some decorative pots for repotting indoor plants, like peace lilies. The store has a lot to offer for different other projects I try to engage in at home. I like coming here and they are my 1st stop for almost anything the house and the garden need. Make it yours, too :-))) I wish y’all an awesome day!

When any one buys a water heater or major appliance and installation is required Buyer beware.

As I stopped through today for some simple Additions to my garden, I was greeted by James as well as another associate. I loved how engaged the employees were and how clean and organized this store is.

Purchased several gardening products recently that were recommended and enjoyed them.

I work in lewisville. On my home I pass four HomeDepot stores. I will only stop at the HomeDepot in W.Mckinney. The staff here is knowledgable, friendly and fast!

I shopped at the Prosper location and this McKinney store and the Prosper staff seemed like real asswamps.

Never can find anyone to help

I always come here not just to shop, but to get answers for many of my DIY projects that never seem to end. Very knowledgeable staff that is very willing to help.

The coach and Zoltan were informative and helpful in locating what I needed and loading materials so I could easily unload them and put them to good use before the rain comes.

Dont buy anything to have them install. They are clueless and lazy.

I drive further to thia Home Depot due to its better stock selection and more engaged employees than two other home depots that are closer to my home

I always go to McDermott Home Depot because if I don’t see stocks available at your store I can easily swing by at Lowe’s because it’s just next door to you. It’s like 5 miles from my house; but I just tried this Home Depot and I’m just surprised and happy how your employee “Skippy” helped and assist me in what I needed. You need more employees like him.

Jennifer, a Customer Service Supervisor, was truly Outstanding in helping me with a Delivery FIASCO by a contract Freight Delivery company.

This HomeDepot is close to us which is why we always go to this one. Overall have had a positive experience here.

Bought an electric dryer at this store and was very satisfied with the customer service and the delivery men that installed it were very polite and fast. Also, they hulled the old dryer away. And it was delivered on the actual scheduled day and time.

I had the best purchasing experience at home depot. I purchased a grill first time in my life. And I found the life-saver there. That person was Jennifer. She was the best employee ever to help me with my shopping experience. She managed to fix my online order, and replace missed items with substitutes. She even fixed my mistake with the wrong HomeDepot store, which I selected as part of my order. She canceled wrongly ordered items and helped to order them in-store, where I was. She even showed me how to operate my new grill and helped to put it in the trunk of my car. Best experience ever. Really.

The staff went above and beyond to help me locate what I needed. I had to return something and it was so quick and easy to make my return. The people at customer service were great! The folks greeting me at the door was awesome as well! Appreciate the fact that there is still good customer service in the world that we live!

Belva was amazing and help me get my material

Tried to purchase a pole saw but all of their high end products are locked up. Waited 20 min for someone to come and unlock the cage but no one showed. Asked for help from an associate who said he went off to find someone but no one showed. Even saw him heading back without stopping to let me know that someone was on their way.

The young lady at the front self check out was very helpful.

The staff at this store has been amazing in helping us with the updating of our new home. From appliances to paint, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great store, with good staff and inventory.
