Every time I go to this store I have at least one person during my visit that stops to ask if I need help! It's refreshing to have such great service!! Love this store!!

Thank you to all the employees at Home Depot in McKinney on Custer. I always get the best customer service and there is always a friendly face greeting you at the door!! This is a 5 Star store!

Super Dave was absolutely great! He had gone above and beyond taking us to multiple isles in the store giving us 4 different ideas for our project that we didn't even know about. Not only did we have a journey together in the store that day, but he always smiled, was energetic, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Making sure we were completely educated and satisfied in this manner (by an employee) is what every company needs to have as it's face. Thank you Super Dave for all of your help with our project as it looks fantastic due to your expertise and help!!

I have been many times to buy things for a house that I bought which needs a lot of fixing up. The associates, particularly in plumbing, are extremely helpful and always available. I have yet to have a negative experience at this store.

The lumber saw was still broken after a week at the Frisco store so I went to the McKinney store. Much bigger store and a much better selection of product. Aaron was the Associate in the Lumber department and could not have been more helpful. Fantastic experience! I was also very pleased at how friendly, polite and helpful everyone was in general.

I'm 18 years customer. Last 8 -10 years I observed decline in product quality and incline in merchandise prices. Smaller number of choices. Often no product what I'm looking for. Late examples. I bought door weather strip, it was only one in black and no choices in white. I bought drill for porcelain tiles, I made 2 holes and drill was not good. No 5" LED light equivalent of 100W. No 1 Gl. paint brush cleaner. In brush shelves mess, different prices for the same items. Assistant was going to report that. One month later the same mess. I brought in paint sample for color identification, it was to small for machine to identify, I went to competitor and they didn't have any problem with sample size. I wanted white marble like tiles for remodeling two bathrooms. Competitor had better quality for the same price.

Always helpful associates you never need to ask for assistance

I have been in many Home Depot Stores from North Carolina to New Mexico, and this store in McKinney Tex, has always been the cleanest, and the staff appears to be genuinely friendly. They are always ready to help. I cannot walk through the store without being approached several times by the associates asking if I am finding everything I am looking for, and the cashers are very friendly. Whenever I come to visit my daughter's family and need to make repairs to their home this is my go to store.

I was able to return an item that I did not need in a quick fashion. The associate was able to direct right to the product that I needed.

Sales associate was able to quickly direct me to the appropriate aisle. Melea, the cashier, was quite friendly, cheerful, and efficient.

Associate helped me learn how to fix my pool tiles and told me what to buy and step by step instructions. Walked to each isle to find everything needed to do the project saving me loads of time and money!

Ken and JR in the paint department provided me with excellent customer service and support. I had a chemical stain on my pool flagstone and they researched the problem online and gave me two great alternatives. The first one worked and everything has been restored. So very thankful to them and Home Depot!

Love this Home Depot. Easy to navigate, the associates are always very helpful, and it's never too crowded.

The Associate who helped me made this the best experience I've ever had in any Home Depot. He was very knowledge and helpful but most of all he was available. Many times, in several different Home Depots, I have spent a lot of time looking for someone to help me and sometimes just leaving because I couldn't find someone to help me. He took as much time as it took to show me different products and explain how to use them. I really appreciate his help!

Greeted at entry and asked if i needed help. I was directed to area with product I was seeking. In and out around 10 minutes.

Great service. I was in and out with no issues. As soon as I hit the aisle the gentlemen approached me, bought me to the product and explained it.
