I wanted 12 boxes of tile to be safe for a bathroom because I wasn't sure which pattern/design I wanted to use. I went to 2 places and called a 3rd trying to locate the tile that was on sale. When I located a store that was out of town, she said in stock said 10 boxes. She ended up finding more than 10 boxes but a lot were broken and she had to mix and match boxes to even get the 10 boxes. I had asked her how the full boxes looked and she said they seemed fine but she didn't open them for transport and selling purposes. I drove to get them and they seemed fine as I had help loading them but had a gut feeling that as soon as I git home I needed to open them all. 15 tiles are cracked, snapped, or missing chunks from the sides. I called and I am currently waiting for a manager to call me back. However, I am told usually sale items need returned to the same store (ugh) and that they will not order more from online to complete my order without it being an additional cost to me. Although the lady did her best to get me what I wanted, I should have went with my gut and moved on to a different tile. I will most likely be returning all of them.

The store is close to my neighborhood, and I always go to the lawn and garden every spring and summer, Charise has been there working for a long time and has always been very helpful to me

This is my go to store for 90% of any of my home remodeling needs - my own house or one of my ongoing side projects for friend, family or customers. Always friendly staff and willing to help find what I need. This will be my #1 store for all my home remodeling projects for the foreseeable future.

One has to be so impressed with the professionalism of your entire staff. While everyone is so helpful, your experienced employees offer freely their experience and tips for improving one’s ability to successfully complete a task. Numerous times, one of your specialists has made my task either simpler or even less expensive. Kudos to people who care!!! 👏👏

Always Friendly and helpful

I bought these to bring more light into the house. We have no ceiling lights. I'm tired of using lamps, they getting in the way.

Work in wildlife fix soffits, gable vents, fascias, chimney caps to prevent re-entry. Can rely on access to these products.

My wife and I stopped in to shop and look before buying a washer and a dryer. Phil greeted us in the appliance department and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing the units in the same visit. He did an outstanding job. He is an asset to the store and organization.

I always have an outstanding experience at the Home Depot Westgate store on Secor! The staff here consistently go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met, which makes running my small business so much easier. A special shout-out to Trisha, Jill, Ashlee, and Michael at the customer service desk for always being friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. Laura and Mo at the paint desk are incredibly knowledgeable and always help me find the perfect products for my projects. The cashiers, including Ms. Tee, Kenny, Leanna, Jake, and Rheyenne, are efficient and welcoming, making every checkout experience smooth and pleasant. I also appreciate the excellent service from Chris and Nat at the Pro Desk, who are always ready to assist with bulk orders, special requests, and advice tailored to my business needs. Their help saves me valuable time and energy. A big thanks to Samer and the management team for maintaining such a well-organized and customer-focused store. This location is truly a partner in my business success, and I highly recommend the Westgate Home Depot for both personal and professional needs!

I had a problem over the phone placing an order for 315 cinder blocks and went to the store in person. Kevin fixed everything that was wrong and made me even more loyal to this store. The rest of the staff has always been very helpful on all occasions.

I bought a new built-in dishwasher had many questions at all of them answered by Mr. Kujawa at the Secor Road Toledo store ,I was very impressed Of his knowledge of what was available and the installation procedures we would need to know

Bought a Milwaukee Pole saw. Got it home and opened the box and had a weedeater in it. I live a hour and a half from the store. Not happy!

Reece, Bob and Ben were phenomenal!! Best laughs and customer service in a long time. And all just before close. Well done 3807!!

More employees need to be visible to help customers find the items they are looking for.

I absolutely love shopping at this Home Deport more than any other store. The people who are helping me plan for my projects ask excellent questions, offer me insights into what I may encounter so that I can better prepare for my project and help me navigate all the choices available on the shelf so that I use the best products and tools for my project.

Bought a lot on the last remodel from Home Depot and the customer was extremely happy about the products!

Michael B was awesome. He works in Customer Service & saw us walking to checkout line & he offered to check us out himself & he was friendly & efficient even quickly looking up price of last hose we chose that didn't have a tag on it. He was great!

Super Customer Service. They know how to treat people. We purchased a refrigerator and it was super easy and quick!

My favorite store is the Westgate area but this evening I was let down a bit because no one was available to help with purchase kitchen cabinets. I’m hoping for help after 5p

Today stopped here to pick up some Christmas lights and a outdoor outlet for lights and found everything we needed everything was in stock

To start with, this Home Depot was the only store in a very large area that had the specific item I wanted. Then upon entering the store I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help. The young lady who helped me (Marline), took me right to the item I needed. It was a very large item so she arranged help for me in getting the item to the checkout and then into my vehicle. A+ customer service!!

I was able to find all the materials I needed fir a home construction project. Staff was very help. Store manager greeted me and asked if he could help. I’m very satisfied with this Home Depot.

The employees that I worked with were awesome.

I usually shop the north toledo store but they were out of the product I needed. The associate at the north toledo location was kind enough to steer me to the Westgate store because they had what I needed in stock. I had 2 associates at Westgate help me with getting the stuff I needed which was way up on the shelving rack. They were able to answer some questions I had and one of them took me right up to the check out desk personally and checked me out. Very nice guys and went above and beyond what most places are doing now. A lot of places lack good customer service now but not the Westgate home depot. I highly recommend this store.

This location is always helpful and knowledgeable. I go in and come out with what I need always.

I’m a truck driver and I deliver loads to Home Depot dc. And I enjoy shopping at Home Depot I’m like a kid in the candy store.
