Bought a tool box that was not in the store, but told I would get free shipping if I ordered it online. When I asked if that included going to the service desk and have them order it online? Answer: YES. Upon completion had a charge of $79.00 for delivery. Was then told they could not do that so I said please call me when it comes in and I'll pick it up. no problem but even tho they were going to deliver it on Thursday 4/16/20, now they were not sure when it would be in for me to pick up. So I decided to call on 4/14/20 and was told they aren't getting anymore of this item but Alexis Rd. had two of them. They could refund my money and I could go to Alexis Rd. and buy it there. It goes on and on but the Customer Service part of this store sure was lacking, well it really sucked. Anyhow after more call back and forth they are picking up the tool box for me and I will go to Secor Rd store to pick it up. Terrible Customer Service. Employee had the personality of a MUD FENCE!

The experience was very pleasant and I got what i needed.

As usual the work staff at this Home Depot on Secore is perfect. They always are willing to help. And when I need advice for particular projects they always have given the perfect advice that I normally would not of thought about.

I received outstanding service in the paint department.

They had plenty of stock, good power tool selection and knowledgeable staff. Worth the drive every time.

This store is the best. If you don't know how to complete a project, just ask someone will be there to give advise. 16 years now and have never been directed wrong. My house is now 80% complete. Down to the kitchen and half bath. Ty.

As an 80 yr old handicapped customer, it is very important to me that the personnel at the store be helpful and kind and responsive to my questions and needs. This store checks all the boxes in this regard and I recommend it highly for these reasons.

Great Store -- everyone helpful

Unlike many DIY stores this Home Depot is well organized and shelves are easy to shop. Not just full of boxes and items piled on top of each other. Also the employees give constant eye contact implying they want to help. In some other stores the employees walk past you like you are not there.

My husband and I love shopping at this Home Depot on a regular basis.The employees are warm and friendly I just wish all Home depot's basically all retail stores gave military discounts I veterans have went above and beyond to keep this country safe they deserve the best.

Some paint employees at this Home Depot store no longer shake cans of paint previously purchased at the Home Depot. Some employees do. The trick is to time your visit with the helpful employees’ shifts.

I found what I needed to purchase, and the item was marked $6.97. I thought it was high but I figured I would purchase it anyway. I get in the checkout line, and the lady rings it up as 7.82 plus tax. I said that is not what it was marked as 6.97. She just says that is the way it comes up and I cannot take it back now, it is already rang up. Upset, I go to customer service to explain. I had to then wait in line a long time. The grouchy cashier has no sympathy and never says sorry, she just tells me the manufacturers keep changing the prices, and there is nothing they can do. So I get a refund, because I do not like getting ripped off. I told her that is very dirty business practices. When the price is marked one way, then that is what should be charged at the cash register. I will no longer trust Home Depot.

The guys in the flooring department Eddie & Carl are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you need flooring look them up. You will enjoy your Home Depot experience.

I can't say enough about my experience at the Home Depot on Secor Rd. in Toledo. I was shopping for exterior doors for my home and met with Andy Myers. I HIGHLY recommend Andy if you're looking to do work, ask for him. He knows his stuff and is very thorough and professional. Went above and beyond my expectations. Yolanda, the cashier, was wonderful as well. Everyone was very professional and went above and beyond what I expected.

If you are a senior citizen and require help with getting your purchases to your car or you need more information about something you are planning to purchase, this is the Home Depot store for you! The young people in this store are very dedicated to helping everyone. They are kind and courteous and show a remarkable consideration for older or people who are disabled and helping them to get what they need. You do not often find this kind of compassionate service in other locations.
