If you happen to go to this store look for Keith. He's very informative and knows where everything is.

I had an issue at the return desk. I was returning some extra lumber that I didn't need for my project. To be fair, I did not have my receipt and the purchase was over three months old. In the past I would get a store credit which I can always use. They gave me a store credit for three out of the four pieces of lumber but couldn't determine the 4th piece was theirs. I know it was so I will dig out my receipt and return it. The point is that the local manager gave me poor service and a follow up call was made the next day by somebody else at the store who said the same thing as the other manager. If you can't tell a product is yours that's a problem. I also believe I was discriminated against.

The store was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. Prices were good, too. Will return for sure.

The employees at this store are always very helpful. I brought a portable air conditioner and an employee helped me carry it out to the car. It took some time but he was very patience and helpful.

I didn’t get any service in lumber even all kinds of people were walking around. The paint department was helpful. Garden section had no clue of what a pre-made flower bed was & it took up most my time. I bought what I could then I left disappointed.

From the time that I walked in the door, the employees were friendly and helpful. I dealt with two gentlemen, and both of them were very knowledgeable. I was in the Key Department and in the Door Department. I will always come to this location, even though the store on Alexis Road and Lewis Avenue is closer to our home.

This is usually my go to store for my home projects. The store employees are very helpful with getting your projects completed. Thank you.

If you are buying anything in bulk, you really need to watch what is going on. They can mix-up your order, or even short you on the quantity that you purchased.

Carl T. Is a knowledgable employee and all around good guy. Great experience at the home depot. The only reason i'm not giving them 5 stars is because they didn't have all the blinds I needed in stock. I had to go to another store. That's a whole other experience.

I was unsure of the product I needed to complete the job. The gentleman, Alfonso, in the rental department was extremely helpful.

I bought a washer and dryer thinking delivery and installation would go smoothly. Why shouldn’t it? The delivery company sent out rude and obnoxious men who acted like they knew everything. I did get the dryer installed which almost didn’t happen, and had to call a plumber out for new shutoff valves. I paid $165 to the plumber the next day. When the delivery guys brought the washer back out they refused to move the newly installed dryer to get to the old washer (it’s a small laundry room). They were too lazy to move it and told me they had to take the washer back to the warehouse. I was never offered to leave the washer and we could get someone else to hook it up. They bumped our end table with the new washer on their way out of the house. AWFUL experience!!!!!!!! After five days I am still waiting for a credit from Home Depot for the washer hoses, vent pipe they didn’t put on, pick up old equipment charge, etc. Sad that I have to beg for credit when the store manager’s person said she would get to right away!!!!!! Guess my next option is to contact Corporate!

Emma helped me choose paint. She really knew the products that she was selling and was able to guide me in the right direction. She was so pleasant and really seemed like she cared.

This store rock it has great stock, friendly staff and centrally located.

I don’t have a Home Depot card but we shop there a lot and at my daughter’s store in Cincinnati. Staff is generally very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s very fan friendly store to use a baseball reference.

Too much stuff in the middle of the main aisles. Stuffed unicorns were particularly obnoxious to navigation. So much stuff in the middle of the main aisles caused me to need to avoid employees and other customers.
