Such helpful staff! So much better than other Home Depot locations. They go out of their way to assist you in any way. Great customer service!!

Had a small issue with a husky sledgehammer that was quickly handled by Robert at the return counter. He went above and beyond to search out my receipt from a different store, offered multiple solutions for me and did this all while apologizing and truly making me feel like he cared about a customer. Customer service is a dying art these days but team members like Robert give me hope.

Store manager (Ernie) is not very polite and didn't even offer assistance.

On Monday, August 22, I bought materials to build a deck to be picked up on Thursday 25. As of Monday August 29 the order was not ready and had items needed to complete the deck missing. After 5 days late, they tell me this. I guess they generate list of materials in the computer but never checked if they are available. The afternoon manager told me she would try other stores to see if she could find the missing items and would email me later In summary, incomplete materials are now five days late (kept saying come back next day) but deck cannot be built. Very irresponsible as I had contractors waiting and we had planned to have visitors in the new deck by Labor weekend. Really messed all the planning and it seemed like they never cared.

I had 3 shopping experiences here in 2 days. I had a few circuit breakers go at the house, several small projects as in cleaning and bug removal. The employees were amazing with the customer service, and aid to all my questions. Keep up the great work!!!

Pro desk employees not present at all times when needed. Cashier trying to do too many tasks and not completely familiar with all of them.

Ordered product AT the store because they showed they had more than enough product on hand. Paid for product and other things to be delivered. Paid for the delivery of product to be delivered two days later (even though I only live 4 miles away from the store, I figured they were short drivers like everyone else) I received a message saying that my order was OUT FOR DELIVERY around noon. So I called the workers that were doing the job and had them come to start...well, then I get another text saying that my order couldn't be delivered...um, what? When I called the store to see what was going on, after the third callback, they said that they didn't have the product that I had paid for two days ago. They had them in another store, but could not be delivered until next week...they sold me and promised a delivery of "GOODS OR SERVICE" and couldn't provide...from where I from, that's a "breech of contract"

Every time I go to the Windham Home Depot, I am always met with such nice people. They approach customers and asked if they can help. Many of the other Home Depot centers do not.

I love going to the garden center at Home Depot, I buy all of my dirt and mulch there, the employees are so friendly and helpful, particularly in being available to help lift bags into my car. I'm so pleased that we have a Home Depot in a location that is near where I live.

Took 25 minutes to get management approval. Would not answer phone or walk to the front

Great guy great advice and knowledge and went the extra mile to help me figure out how to get what I needed and how to do what I need to do to complete my project. Great costumer service.. if your looking for someone to help I suggest you ask for RON

No matter if I’m swinging in to pick up curbside or spending a lot of money on shiny new appliances the Windham Home Depot has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Keep up the great work!!

We live between the Manchester and Windham stores. I prefer the Windham store ten fold over Manchester. Windham is well stocked, clean and the employees are plentiful and actually willing to help. Keep up the good work.

If your doing a project that has to do with gardening or such come check out Emerson she’s VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the items and accessories needed and if she doesn’t know she’ll direct you to who does a lot of times while at the Manchester Home Depot I end of leaving more frustrated but today’s visit with the help in the Garden department by the employee Emerson I left with a smile .But don’t take my word check for yourself and do a review !

Always such pleasure to show here. Gary in the paint department is always there to help me find things and even gives great advice about how to make my painting projects easier. There have been other people there the have been very helpful as well. One time A manager was kind enough to watch My son's moped while we shopped around. Those are the kinds of things that are classified as "above and beyond" in my opinion. I wrote down her name and will do a survey for her in future. Thanks

Tim Tidwell in the building/door department assisted us on 6/5/21 and was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us in helping to place an order for delivery of all the building products we needed to complete our home project. Without Tim’s help we would have had to travel all over CT to obtain products that the not so knowledgeable associate in your Waterford CT store told us we had to do in order to get them because he said an order couldn’t be done. Or he was just plain lazy and couldn’t be bothered. Tim had us completed and out the door with all products within 2 hours and helped us save money! I recommend your Windham store for a great shopping experience! THANK YOU TIM!!

Emerson from garden is fantastic, she was very patient with me asking a bunch of questions and knowledgeable about the products I needed. All of the store employees are very welcoming and and knowledgeable

As of 05/25/2021, Home Depot in North Windham, CT has evidently dropped their mask mandate. When I am standing in the isle shopping with a mask on, unmasked staff should NOT approach me, cough, and then ask if I need help with PVC pipes. No, I do not want your help, instead, I need help getting away from your maskless self who is coughing on me. This is rude, disrespectful, and unhealthy if staff to do this. Home Depot has lost my business because they can’t respect shoppers who choose to remain masked and can no longer get assistance from a masked employee.

Store associates are very knowledgeable and they work quick to get you in and out of the store. Better than most HD stores IMO.

The employees here do not force any customers to wear masks. This is why I shop here.
