nice store, pressure treated lumber total junk

Amazing staff! They sure are dedicated to assist & give customers fast paced service. The guys specifically in the paint area are very friendly & eager to satisfy the customers needs. It was my first time purchasing paint & despite my many questions/ doubts he explained & assisted me thoroughly with no form of attitude or annoyance. Patience is key & that is an attribute I see that’s common throughout this store!!

This is the best homedepot, we love going to this store, they always have what we need and the staff there is great. The staff is always so helpful and are always available to answer our questions :)

Clean store, well set up, great selection. Prices a little high but not unreasonable. I try my best to go during the week since most seasoned staff are available for help. I would not suggest weekends since there is never enough staff on and some of them just don't seem to care.

Chris Smart is so patient and helpful. We love coming in to the store and know we are in good hands with her.

Stay away from the Curly hair blonde manager or smack yourself in the face with a 2x4 it be more productive.

Great place to shop!

I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life at the Windham CT Home Depot. An Appliance Specialist showed me around the offerings and placed an online order for me (LG DLE 3400W dryer--it's only a few weeks old but so far is great), followed up via mail with a hard copy of the receipt and business card in case I had any questions or problems, and called me after delivery to check in. Having a real person as a contact point for an online purchase is great peace of mind,

This store is a health hazard. Half of the shoppers and several employees were not wearing masks. We did a pick up but ran in for some lights and paint samples. I had to leave since two guys next to us picking paints had their masks around there neck. Store employees didn’t care. I’m thinking about writing to the state.

I visited the Windham Home Depot, shopping for five major appliances. The sales associate was very helpful in detailing the features of the many brands without trying to steer me towards any one brand. The interest shown and the time taken to be informative is what made up my mind to purchase all five appliances from this store.

I love the products I buy from Home Depot. The associate who helped me the most and made me feel really good about my purchases is Chris Smart. I really like her and would prefer if I need a product, to request her to assist me. She's a great asset to Home Depot. I've worked in customer service before and it's so important to have people who work for you with great attitudes and a desire to simply DO A GOOD JOB!

The associate who helped me was Chris Smart. She was wonderful, what a great personally she has....a real people person. I think she's going to go far! She was able to guide me to the appliances I was looking for. She checked for availability and helped me get someone to help me out to my car with my new microwave. A few days later I returned to buy a new stove. Chris helped me with finding the right one, checking for availability and getting my credit limit raised for the purchase. I told her I may be back to get a new fridge soon and wanted the credit to be available. She went through all the proper channels and I couldn't have been more happy with how things worked out. I highly recommend this Home Depot because of wonderful experiences I had with two very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant employees, Bruce and Jeanie. If they are an example of all of the staff there, Home Depot is very fortunate.

This store is well maintained, has friendly employees, treats us with care and consideration when we are shopping or just browsing. Also this store keeps supplies well stocked. We like to "do-it-ourselves" and this store sure is a big help!

Best Home Depot trip ever! Three associates stopped what they were doing and collectively gave me a crash course on everything I need to know about owning and safely operating a generator. They also gave me information on how to properly care for it to extend the life of the machine. They helped me choose which one best suited the needs of my home. They wheeled it to the check out for me. Then they wheeled it out to the parking lot for me and struggled for at least 15 minutes trying to find a way to fit it into my car. And when it became clear that there was *no* way to get this generator to fit in my tiny car, a stranger who happened to be crossing the parking lot offered to help by putting it in HIS truck and following me home. It was the kindest thing a person could have done for a single mom struggling to keep the power on and the food edible. Amazing experience.

Jeremy in the Plumbing Dept provided me with the expertise that was needed for my project and, importantly, when I got home and installed it his detailed instructions made the task go smoothly. He exhibited excellent customer service by walking me to other departments to purchase additional items that I needed. Motivated, friendly and enthusiastic,an asset to HD.

Had a great sales associate Lindsay helping me pick a new refrigerator today . Got it on sale and am very excited to receive it . Can't hardly wait to pick out my other new appliances soon .

Mike in the garden department was very helpful. He even helped me with items outside his department and made sure I was able to locate what I needed. Glad to see our HD employing our vets.

It's a small store with much less traffic than other stores but with the same friendly service and decently stocked. I feel it's my own personal Home Depot!

The Windham home depot has been exceptionally helpful in the process of building our new home. Eric, Lindsay, Josh, Leslie, Brendan, Jeanie, have been exceptionally helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They guided us expertly helping us avoid some and rectify other pitfalls that we experienced in this process. We are very grateful for their kind assistance and the house is beautiful beyond our expectations.
