[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the quietest, easiest to load variety of dishes, and the best cleaning dishwasher I have ever used or owned. I couldn't be happier. I always felt I had to pre-rinse because my dishwasher wouldn't do the job. But this one now all others out of the running. It's just my husband and myself so we don't always have a full load to run it everyday, even after setting fit a day sometimes two 😬 it still cleans every plate, every pot and pan spotless. I couldn't be more pleased. Installation was seamless from our old to this one.

We've had this dishwasher since 2020. It's been a huge disappointment. The most significant issue is the E07 error code, which would cost about 1/3 of the new dishwasher price just to diagnose by Bosch. The error is related to the drying system, which apparently can prevent any cycle from completing whether or not crystal dry is used. Also, the top track is useless due to poor internal mechanics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Bosch 800 series dishwasher for 2 months now. I installed this unit myself. Installation was a breeze. The stainless finish looks very nice and is print resistant. The top mount controls are easy to use and set to wash. This dishwasher does have Wi-Fi controls through the Bosch App, which I actually find myself using more. There is more adjustments and scheduling features in the app. The drying of this dishwasher is awesome. No more melted plastics or soaking wet dishes. Even on the quick wash the dishes come out close to dry. This dishwasher is near silent too. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

We are 100 percent pleased with this dishwasher. I would recommend this machine to all my family and friends.

We previously had a Bosh and wanted to stay with Bosh. I wish I hadn't; I was out of town when the dishwasher was installed the following day; my husband turned on the dishwasher, and an error code came up. I emailed my insurance when my husband told me. (the day after installation) they are the ones who ordered it, and it took them a few days to respond to my email. So I missed the one-day replacement. Now I have to get it repaired, not replaced. Since the New dishwasher has never worked Bosh/Home Depot should replace it.

My new Bosch 800 was delivered Feb 24 and didn't work properly from day 1. Lower spray arm didn't rotate/spray water; won’t wash bread crumbs off plates on bottom rack. Going on 4th repair appt with no resolution. So, I continue to handwash dishes and look at my $1400 paperweight while techs damage my kitchen cabinets and floor. Consider another brand, as customer service refuses to honor their “Bosch Promise of Quality” and replace a lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my dishwasher based on the excellent reviews of Bosch dishwashers in Consumer Reports. It replaced a 22 year old GE that was purchased with the home 22 years ago, but still working well. The GE required one service visit in 22 years. The Bosch has required two service visits in the first four months. The initial visit was for a minor concern, quickly repaired. The current problem began about 6 weeks ago, with the dishwasher going through its entire washing cycle in about one minute. No noticeable amount of water is dispensed and no error codes are displayed. A technician came after 7 days, worked on it over an hour, and could get no error codes and could not get it to work. Major motherboard and control parts were ordered, which took almost a month to arrive. I am waiting for them to return next week to attempt to fix it. If it is fixed this week, I will have been witha working dishwasher for two of the five months that I have owned it. I don't know what I will do if it is not fixed this week, except never purchase a Bosch product again. When it worked, it was whisper quiet and cleaned and dried the dishes extremely well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishes get wonderfully clean and it is pretty quiet, can hear water filling/draining and sometimes dishes rattling, but is not at all disturbing. Plastics do not always get dry even with the chrystal dry so I don't really know if that option is worth it. I had a 800 series from 2011 (SHE68E15US) and I much preferred the top drawer silverware rack and silverware basket on that one. There is a weird piece on the top drawer handle that contantly pops off and the silverware just doesn't sit as well in this one as the old one, not sure why. I also don't think it holds as much silverware as my old one did. The cutlery basket is significantly smaller on the new one, I wish I would have kept the old basket before they hauled it away. Our previous one also had a delay start in the door controls, this one does not, however you can do a delay start on the app but it is a bit of a pain. I wish the app had an option to "start now" as opposed to having to set a start time; you can slide the time bar all the way over to the current time and it will start but a "start now" option would be a lot easier. (for those time you go to bed an remember you forgot to start this dishwasher!) Overall it's a fine dishwasher. I think the app need quite a bit of work to make it more efficient to use, nobody wants to spend an extra couple of minutes in an app just to delay start the dishwasher

So quiet. The red light glow on the floor let's you know when it is running. The interior design provides more space than most washers. Easy to install with the QR code videos.

Based on my experience with this product I will eventually be outfitting my home and any future homes with Bosch products. Install was a breeze. Cleaning/drying quality is amazing. Lack of operating sound is beyond priceless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a failing six-year old Whirlpool dishwasher with this Bosch 800 Series SHP78CM5N in January 2024. The difference is night and day! Not only is the Bosch dishwasher unbelievably quiet (the indicator light on the front may be your only indication that the machine is running), but more importantly it does a fabulous job cleaning all the dishes and cookware we place in it. We just scrape plates and pans off (as the manual recommends, no pre-rinsing) and the dishwasher tackles the dirtiest of dishes with aplomb. We've been using Finish® Powerball Quantum Dishwasher Pods - Bosch's recommended dishwasher detergent. The only issue we had was with Lowe's installation of the dishwasher. The technician did not install the toe panel properly and took all the parts that came with the dishwasher with him when he left. I figured out pretty quickly what was needed and I reached out to Bosch via the Home Connect app and they very quickly sent me the parts that I needed to correct the technician's mistake. Very impressed with not only the dishwasher but also Bosch's customer service!

Love my new Bosch dishwasher had it for a week so quit I don't even know I turned it on, glad I purchased the Bosch

I love my Bosch dishwasher! It is super quiet and cleans thoroughly. My only complaint is that I wish i could see how much time is left on the cleaning cycle because this model doesnt show it (only on the inside) but thankful for the Home Connect app to see the cycle.

For a moment, I believed that is was not installed correctly, since I was expecting a red light on the floor and some noise which neither one was present. Until further inspection, I noticed that this new model has a red light on the body of the door and that the noise level is super low, after placing my ear next to the door and I could hear some noise, impressive. The cleanness of the dishes was out of this world, the dishes look like new. Definitely, a great purchase, no regrets!!!

We have had our dishasher for 2 days. The unit cleans but due to lower rack issues, wish we had not purchsed. The lower rack is a poor design. If using the 2 front space for adding dishes one can only use one or the other. The plates will hit and damage each. The lower rack configuration as designed has severe limitations. I do not recommend this unit due to lower rack design

I'd had enough in November 2023 and around Black Friday decided it was the deal for me. For that kind of money, I expected it to take me on a date, but at least now I don't have to run the same load three times in a row. It does the job I want in a slick 60 minutes so I can continue to slave in a 1,000 other ways for my husband, children, and farm animals. I truly am impressed with my Bosch. It is my first foray into the brand. I did a lot of research leading up to the buy and I did not disappoint myself. Worth it!

This is the second washer we had delivered since the first was delivered with damage. This second unit was delivered with mold covered on every rack. After running a sanitize cycle with a dishwasher cleaner it did nothing. Was a used unit delivered or what? For such an expensive dishwasher I was not expecting this.

No more funky smells, spotty glasses, half-clean dishes, or still-wet plastics. Every last item comes out clean, spotless, and dry. Super easy to install, and the Home Connect app is a huge timesaver!

They clean the dishes perfectly. They upper rack for silverware does a much better job on utensils and they come out spotless. The dishwasher is so quiet and runs without making noise.

This dishwasher cleans and dries very well. Zero complaints there. However it is not as quiet as I expected. People talk like these things are virtually silent. I can hear the motor and water from the other side of the room. I downloaded a decibel meter app and averaged about 49db, which is much more than the 42 it is rated for
