[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for less than a month. Day one I noticed condensation in fridge. I noticed the French doors weren’t the same height. And the left door doesn’t close without force. After a week, a loud sound is coming from the inside/back of fridge. Kitchenaid sent an appliance person to fix it today. The doors are leveled but he had to order a new damper. Why am I already replacing parts on a fridge on a fridge that cost almost 3 grand and is less than a month old? This part better fix the sounds/ condensation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose this fridge as part of my new home purchase. I don’t like pretty much anything about it other than the appearance. It’s already making weird noises (3 mths old), it’s a large fridge but has very limited space inside. I haven’t read the manual yet but I can’t even pull the fridge out so I’m assuming there’s locks on the wheels. I would not pick this fridge again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last 3 months we have been having terrible trouble with our Refrigerator. It starts making a noise and then it just quits, just like it has, right now!!! This is the third time this has happened. It pulsates around the clock and then it quits. What is very odd is that twice it has COME BACK ON and started working again like nothing ever happened. The initials PO appear on the screen for water and ice and then the word "Confirmed" appears below "Measured Fill". Touch this and the refrigerator starts working again. I've turned off the Breaker Switch twice, today, and NOTHING. I am waiting for it to come back on but right now the Refrigerator is DEAD!!! Yes, we've replaced the Water Filter twice now. HELP US, PLEASE!!

The delivery crew was a mess. Could not put door/ set pin assembly, my son had to do it for them. Then they ran off a paved driveway and pulled up/broke sensor and wiring for an automatic electric gate.

The refrigerator fan was very loud until it was not and burned out. The device that opens and closes cold air from freezer to fridge was also defective. Warrant repair was good but very poor factory assembly. This model was made in canada. Overall a good design same refrigerator as whirlpool with extra cost for brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had it two months and have had absolutely no problems. Very roomy and well designed. Very attractive. Looks great beside our KitchenAid gas stove. We are very well pleased.

3 months old. Broke already. Got a 30 year old KitchenAid Refrigerator in the garage, working in perfect condition.

We purchased the appliance in May and the ice maker stopped working within weeks. Home Depot was no help with the issue. We went through Kitchenaid who has diamond factory service it. After 8+ visits to our house for repair, we are still stuck with the fridge. We do not recommend Kitchenaid or Home Depot for appliances as neither have been helpful in finding a resolution after spending over $3,000 on a lemon appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit came with home when purchased at time of failure it was 7 yrs old. At time of failure it was 10 yrs old. Too expensive to repair so purchased the same "newer" of the same model. Very pleased with the features and it fits perfect in our small kitchen. Love the features of the French door and abundant space and it is SO much quitter than the old one.

We bought this fridge because the previous owners of our house had the matching oven and dishwasher. We have had the fridge for 6 months now and love it! Both the fridge portion and freezer are very roomy. Shelves are solid. I love that you can set how many ounces you want of water, and then walk away as it dispenses. No complaints so far!

Love the look of his refrigerator, the stainless is easy to clean, and the ice make is excellent. Minor detractors… the plastic edges of the glass inside scratch very easily, as does the metal plate below ice and water dispenser. For a refrigerator in this price range these could easily be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent. Had to ask about door open chime. Only chimes after five minutes open. Used to a few seconds. Also when doors are open and then closed it makes a sound like it is calling on a phone. Maybe a really smart frig.

This fridge is a real pile and I do no recommend it to anyone. It’s got so many problems that I can’t list them all, but a few would be. It stops working just long enough for your food to almost thaw out then start working again. Or stop working and have to call the repair guy and they come and trouble shoot it and change out the main parts of the fridge and on. The ice maker works then. Don’t buy it. You will regret it. My original review of was to long so I had to shorten it it this.

I replaced the existing Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the same model because of the features I became use to plus I had a supply of filters, etc. that were of the same match to the new one. Very please with the purchase and the brand name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge to replace my prior fridge. My prior fridge kept breaking down. This looks the same on the outside, but the inside looks different. This model has some features that my prior fridge did not have. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the refrigerator, but to need a new ice maker after only having it for 2.5 months is ridiculous, especially after paying so much. My 18 year old ice maker was still making ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The left door has popped since day one. That was six months ago, and it still has not been repaired properly. There was a dent on the side, luckily it can’t be seen. there were dents and a lot of adhesive left on the drawers on the inside.

They visited my home first on July 10th, but the technician stayed only 10 min and said to need to order some parts. After I received the message that the parts arrived, and made an another appointment on July 15. While I waited for your technician, I received call again that one more part was missed. Then I made another appointment on July 30th. But I received a call that the service center made mistake it was fully booked. Then they requested me to change my appointment to Aug 1. But I have to work on that day. I should change the schedule again. One month has passed although this is the hottest time to use ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frig keeps foods very cold. Plastic shelves are a little flimsy and may crack over time. Frig makes unusual clicking sounds. Overall it is a good appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge about a month ago. It was on a decent sale and I’ve always wanted KitchenAid appliances. It’s aesthetically pleasing. The freezer portion is laid out nicely to hold quite a bit and the frozen pizza section is a nice touch. It is loud. Like it’s just normal sounds - loud.. has a weird dial up sound or phone type sound occasionally. It would be nice if it had a door ajar alarm. It does it’s job.
