I had bought about $1300.00 worth of gray paint and when it went up on the walls, the gray looked blue instead of simply gray. A manager suggested I come back in the morning and ask Tammy in the paint department if she could add color to the buckets . I was told "Tammy works magic with paint!" . I went that next morning, chose a better gray that I wanted and asked her if she could add color to make it close to what I wanted. She really cared about helping me and the walls look amazing! Y'all, the color was exactly what I wanted!

I came in around noon time was expecting a long line. Their store was actually properly staffed. Valerie help me with the return. Educated me on if I start doing the receipts emailed then I have a back up in the event I lose them boy this will really help with my accounting as well as any returns. I need to make in the future, thank you Valerie. Ps Home Depot this is the kind of person we look for when we want to hire somebody away from a company.

DONT BELIEVE THE QUOTE TIME FOR A CALL BACK!!! No pictures to show because still waiting past the already 48 hour quote time after payment of service and product for HOME DEPOT’S installer just to CALL to schedule my install appointment which I will probably need to AGAIN wait for. Had to wait 6 days for a call back from the original 48 hour quote after paying $40 to schedule a measure 1st apt for a door install apt. Then when they call its at 745pm at night to schedule to measure apt and apt is 4 days out. Then after the measure apt. quoted another 48 hrs for a call to schedule instal apt now that they have measurements. Now that I have paid for a service and product over $400 was AGAIN quoted another 48 hrs for a call from the same install company to now do the actual door instal. Still waiting…then when I call HOME DEPOT to followup I am now given the option for ME to call the company “HOME DEPOT” uses as their installer myself to followup on a service and product they provide and option for which I have paid for and still have not gotten.

Staff is always helpful. Location is easy to get in and out as there are multiple ways to leave the parking lot.

Every time we come to our local Georgetown Home Depot, the employees make us feel like very important customers and are so friendly and helpful in finding what we NEED and things we didn't even realize we needed! Home Depot is my home away from home!

I was helped by a man named Barry in the nursery department. He was outstanding. He was kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and It’s really happy to go that extra mile for the customer.

After my 17-year-old refrigerator died, I bought a replacement at Georgetown Home Depot #6538. The selection was outstanding, the employees extremely helpful and my food is cold again! The purchase and delivery processes were smooth and hassle-free. I am so pleased with the product, the price and financing and Georgetown's Home Depot.

As an 80 year old woman that only goes to a hardware store when absolutely necessary, I was very pleased with the help I received from 2 employees. One was Susan in customer service and I did not get the name of the gentleman in Bathroom fixtures that helped my find everything I needed. He had to special order the items that were not in the store and they will be shipped to my home tomorrow. Thank you Home Depot you made this home remodel experience less painful.

Asked multiple people for help getting an item, and finding another, and was brushed off and ignored. Finally got someone to help me, and he acted like i ruined his day. The nicest person there was was the lady at checkout

I bought a washer and dryer for a friend and she loves it. When I had a return for small purchase, the customer service department was outstanding.

I shop at all the Home Depots in the greater Austin area. Georgetown is the best and has the best employees.

We just moved from Washington state. Our old store was much smaller than yours but had a fair selection. If you needed help, or had a question, it took forever to find someone. Once you found someone they weren't knowledgable. We were amazed at the courtesy and knowledge of the sales staff. To have someone tell us to "have a blessed day" was a breath of fresh air to us. You guys are great.

Having a hard time finding someone to help me with anything I am trying to get information on before I make a big purchase. Have waited to 30 minutes to get help, especially at evening time, when I have time to shop. Love the people that work there, just can't find them when I need them.

I've been three times in the last couple of days and they were so packed with long lines at checkout and the staff did an amazing job of getting everybody in and out Asa one of the managers even was doing paint Duty because they were so busy. Great job guys. It's only place I go

Adrian works at this store. He was amazing, kind, and went above and beyond for our family. I'm wheelchair bound and we had our six year old with us as well. While my husband is a beefcake, he works 14 hours days and has to help sling bundles of shingles all day. Adrian not only stopped what he was doing to help, he was so incredibly awesome while doing it! He found us an ever elusive flat cart, unlocked everything and then didn't let anyone help him put everything on the cart. My husband's back thanks Adrian and so do I. He makes customer service look good. Adrian needs a raise at the very least, but a promotion would also be appropriate in our eyes. If you need true help, find Adrian, because he's the best. Kate was also sweet and attentive at the cash register. She helped us get everything checked out properly.

Very happy I came to this location to shop. Very clean and friendly employees with great customer service.

We are so happy that we have Home Depot in Georgetown & go there to shop for most everything we need for our home & yard! We always get the help we need in the store, help carrying heavy &/or big things to the car, & the return process is easy!

I go to 3 different stores in the area this is the best. Would get a 5 but they block off curbside pickup spaces when curbside pickup is not available. How customers focused is that.

This is my go to store. I ended up getting extra items on sale just like I would if I was shopping at my local HEB grocery store.
