Ryobi Tools I bought are great!

I was pleased with the manner that Dianne used to get someone to help get the vacuum cleaner box out of my car and into the store.

Can't believe how great your employees and your store is superior. We just moved here from Washington state and your store is superior in comparison. Every employee was cheerful and they knew where everything was. I was even wished a Merry Christmas which was refreshing.

This was my first visit to this store and I’ve never been in a home improvement store that not only had so many employees but where every employee greeted you.

Went inside to pay for an online pro order quote and specifically asked if my military discount was applied. Was told yes, but once home, it wasn't the case. Happy that they offer the discount as many do NOT. Just double check before paying.

I received Excellent support and help from the Home Depot Team. There was no problems cashing out on both occasions when I had to go back twice in the same day.

Lots of knowledgeable and helpful employees. Most Home Depots you have to walk around and flag somebody down to get help, but here there were plenty of folks available to help and get great advice

If it weren't for Obed Martinez's help I would be giving this store a much lower rating due to my bad experience with the cashier, and probably would not be returning. I will spare everyone the details of my dealings with the cashier and focus on my wonderful experience with Obed Martinez. He offered excellent customer service and Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee. He was friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, personable and helpful. Thank you Obed!

We shopped around a little on flooring, but HD for the similar/same request came in actually cheaper and MUCH easier to plan, thanks to John Richard in the flooring area. We will see after the install, but the picking, and purchasing was painless and less costly than other options.

Customer Service Representative/Cashier Joni is an excellent representative of this store. When we visited the store of May 28th, she patiently registered my husband on the Home Depot website. She then verified his military credentials and entered it into the website so that he could start receiving a military discount when he shops at Home Depot. We appreciate the exemplary customer service that Joni gave to us and we enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Rivery (Georgetown)

My first trip to this store was not good. Right after I checked out an attempt to withdraw money from my account was made and Home Depot was the source. The checker was a disabled man with an artificial limb. I’ve never been a fan of Home Depot. However, since Lowe’s is farther away, I’m destined to go to Home Depot. Since that first trip when we moved here, my experience has been much better. Employees are helpful and prices are good with a variety of products.,

There's plenty of places to do home shopping. I'm lucky that the closest most convenient location happens to always be full of the friendliest staff. Today I met Maurice Clark in the door handle section who helped me get me items as we chatted about our love for music. And Edith who helped me check out who taught me how upcs line up with the item number on the receipt as we confirmed our smart lock. It's the little things, when employees take it just the right amount of slow, that makes a place a return destination. This location has it down pact. I can even remember Scott's name from a week ago who helped me in the tools department, and gave me a water bottle from the employee fridge because I was dripping sweat. (Granted he's been helping me for 2 years now and always a pleasure.) Sorry - last name drop. Guiellermo who politely smiled when he saw I bit off more than I could chew but still helped me get the fork in my mouth :) Even the kids who helped me load my truck - scrappy go getters. I'll continue to do my shopping here simply because when I come I walk into a place of people who are just as excited as I am to try and build some cool stuff for my house.

I got the peppers I need for my spring garden. They were fresh and well cared for.

There was a very disrespectful employee named (David A) whom was using Inappropriate words. This is not the first time I see him taking to customers this way or his colleagues! He should know better in treating valuable customers, especially long time valuable “Contractors” and being a Doctor as well. These actions David has done are not right and should be discussed with him! He has no right to treat customers the way he is!

My Home Depot is consistently well-stocked, has helpful employees, and in general, provides a pleasant shopping experience even on a heavily trafficked day.

Obed Martinez pushed my heavy garden supplies cart to my car and unloaded the items for me.

Adding on to an existing raised garden bed. HD is my go-to place. The quality of the merchandise is great, but even more so the staff. Beyond helpful and knowledgeable. If they can't answer your question, they find someone who can. Refreshing in a world of hurry up and come back later. Thank you Home Depot and thank you to your staff.

John R. In the flooring department was great to work with. He went above and beyond to help me figure out my big flooring project and got me the best deal. I would highly recommend John R. To anyone who is need of flooring.
