Not happy that the store would honor a listed price, instead, they ripped the display price off the display and said i couldn't have the item for the displayed price

Donna went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service in the face of numerous technology-related obstacles. She persisted and succeeded in resolving several issues and as a result, I left the store highly satisfied with my purchase.

We had several appliances go out within the span of one month and it was Home Depot and Brenda King to the rescue. Brenda helped us with our appliance selections and Home Depot had a great delivery and installation crew. Quality experience from start to finish!

Check your receipts! After repeatable request to ensure my return empty water bottles were considered, my check out person charged me the “non-return” rate. I had to revisit the store and wait 15 minutes to get this reversed.

I get into many HDs all over the Austin Area and this Georgetown HD stands head and shoulder above all the rest. So many employees go above and beyond to be helpful, and friendly. Its always a pleasant experience at this Home Depot.

This is the BEST Home Depot ever! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. One time in particular, the manager and staff went out of their way to assist. I went to this location a half hour before closing to pick up a bunch of heavy stones for our tree ring. Not only was the night manager, Ben, extremely helpful, but he and several staff members, including Joey, Nic, John, Jan, Shawn, and Ronnell, all mobilized to help move the stones. Despite the fact that it was the end of their day, everyone was in good spirits and happy to help. I have been to many Home Depot locations, and never have I encountered such great customer service!

I am so thankful for the employees, they helped us with paint that was out of stock by upgrading us at no extra charge and helped when our store credit was not working.

I love this Home Depot store. I am a diy person and am in this store at least 3 times a week. Some of the staff even recognize me and go out of the way to help me. I am female and over 70 and am treated with a lot of respect. I find that that there are staff who have a lot of helpful knowledge as they have worked there for many years.
