I’ve been going to this store for years and never been disappointed. When I can’t locate something I’ve asked the nearest employee and they always point me in the right direction. Example: I’ve recently got into using PEX and wasn’t sure of the fittings location and got the assistance I needed.

He really wants to help which anyone working with him can appreciate . I have been doing a remodel so three months o have bothered Scott and he hasn’t gotten frustrate yet new record for me just ask my wife

Dale was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained all the features available to us for our order. He also made us aware of services available for future projects! Now we are just waiting for our order to arrive! Thanks again Dale!

In all my yrs of buying from home depot the only problem I had was when I bought a water conditioner. The man home depot sent to install it hooked it up wrong and it sprayed my entire closet with several inches of water.

Nat and Poppy helped me match paint. I had to come back because it wasn’t quite right and they got a perfect match!

We were struggling at the self-checkout when Roger stepped in to help. He was very helpful and even more he put us at ease with his friendly demeanor. Our experience at this Home Depot in Traverse City, Mi, was fantastic. We’ll be back!

Excellent selection of stock on the shelves. Teresa is the best. She helped me at the self checkout. I get it that self checkout is supposed to be just me, but she rescued me. Don't be afraid guys, especially if she is around.

I always get great customer service from this store! This can be a friendly area to begin with, but this store sets a standard for their team members that can be seen in every department. A wide variety of products and knowledgeable staff to back it up!

John in the refrigerator section, was very helpful and gave time with answering questions and giving information.

I had the best experience at the Traverse City Home Depot. 2 days in a row, I went in to get items I needed. I was greeted with a smile, the employee knew where to send me to get the items I needed. And even though there was a line, I wasn't rushed. Totally great shopping. Thank you!!

I have had mostly great experiences at Home Depot. Back in California in the 90s and earlier I think, we were working on our home and went there so often, that Dan and I laughed because we were saying it "felt like home" and we laughed because it really does give one a chance to invest his time and energy into making his house his own home. (feel free to use in an ad but give us little bonus.. :) ) One place we shopped in the mid 2000s, (I won't mention the particular store in California) has people working there who could not and didn't help with anything and seemed to spend their time talking to one another ... all tattood up (and I have a tat!) like gang members or something. Anyway, I wrote to the main office in Atlanta.... next time I went back to that particular store, the whole vibe had changed and though they may still have been working there??, we got nice service when we needed it and no surly attitudes. The quick response from someone showed the company cares about what is happening even out way distant from corporate offices. So there you go. I mostly purchase from your store unless you don't have what I'm looking for. :) Thanks.

The store did not have people working who could rekey a lock and they wanted to charge $5 for locks bought at the store to have them rekeyed. Bad experience!

The TC store is always bright and friendly. Although short on help you can always find someone who’s willing to walk the entire length of the store to show you where to find what you want, and do it with a smile. I seldom come up short in my searches for product. The return department is the most accommodating of any store I have dealt with. I give HD A+any day.

We have remodeled our home for the past three years. Everyone has been so helpful in our renovations. I have been SO grateful that most everyone has supported us with having our almost 16 year old miniature dachshund be with us in the store. It has been so appreciated by our entire family. Keep up the GREAT work! :)
