I bought a Ryobi battery and charger. I was disappointed in the performance of my power tool and was told the battery was not large enough. I returned it, full refund and purchased the battery package I needed with a BONUS! Great advice and service.

It's a bit of a long story so I'll keep this short. Needless to say, Aaron, the manager at the CaveCreek Home Depot, listened to my story and displeasure on a recent delivery of a Hot Water Heater. He didn't even ask me any questions but decided to just take action and fix my problem. It was fixed within an hour and new Hot Water Heater was purchased and at my home. Kudos to his team that day. Jeremy, Troy, and Shaydee. Thank you again so much.

I love my Home Depot and today on 2 separate visits I had the pleasure of 4 different employee offer to assist me and 3 that did assist me with my 2 transactions . I also went to this Home Depot about 3 times a week during the pandemic to remodel my home. Always greeted with smiles and offers to help me.

Young employees seem to be bothered if asked a question and don't have a problem answering "I have no idea" instead of helping the customer. This seems to be a recurring problem since all the Home Depot stores in the valley recently hired young incompetent people.

I walked in with a saw blade for a De Walt device. In 2 minutes, Sandy referred me to Josh who helped select exactly what I needed. Total time, about 8 minutes!

We were shopping for plants, etc. When we checked out Laina was helpful, friendly, professional and courteous - we enjoyed the experience tremendously!

I’ve never tiled anything and was tackling a shower tile above a recently installed tub with surround. Donna helped me get everything I needed for that project!

I needed batteries for my Ryobi tools and was very confused about which ones to get. Dan was able to explain them all to me and then was able to help me find the perfect cordless vacuum to clean up all the leaves in my yard. Made my day!

I enjoy patronizing a store where employees look at their customers as individuals who need help. What makes this store exceptional is they employ people who genuinely care about assisting customers to achieve their goals.

I have been shopping at The Home Depot stores for decades and have but numerous amounts of plants and trees. The potting soil has Always been free. I tried to purchase a Jasmine plant today and was being charged for the potting soil. I tried to explain but the cashier was reluctant and would not help out. I decided to not buy the plant since I felt that my voice was not heard. I don't understand why this day only i would have to pay for the potting soil. Not a happy customer. This is my closest store but I will now go out of my way to find a store that provides better customer service.

Gary was so knowledgeable efficient and had great customer service.

This is a great home depot to shop at. Associate like Diana at the pro desk is always friendly and willing to help.

Sandy is a great employee and tremendous asset to Home Depot. She always is gracious and welcoming whenever I see her.

Can't say enough good things about our experience at the Cave Creek store, personnel from the greeter, Sandy, to the two Destiny and Bob, in the plumbing department. Helped us with our questions and frustrations about a plumbing repair. So grateful, took their advice and we now have a workable toilet again. Thank you all so much!

Sandy In paint is amazing at her job she is valuable to Home Depot!!!

Diana at pro is great in taking care of customers

This location always has some kind of problem. The app will say things are in stock only to find they don't have any most of the staff is worth less and don't even waste your time with the paint department

For the most part Home Depot takes care of their customers. However Store #480 seems to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and the customer's shopping experience.

This store is always so helpful. Never one have I ever felt that I was putting someone out by asking them a question. The lady in the paint dept know here stuff! And Dorothy the cashier is a rock star cashier and a great ambassador for Home Depot!

Today was one I will remember. I had been looking for a weed eater as mine had broke. I came upon the isle of them. I started looking thru all of them and found one I absolutely loved and wanted. I found an employee named Rachael up on a ladder in the next isle over, I asked her for some help with weed eaters. She was very polite with me so we headed back over to the isle. I had some questions regarding the certain model I was wanting. She was very helpful in assisting me. I then noticed the weed eater I wanted was in the wrong location and priced incorrectly. Rachael noticed it was security wrapped and locked to a chain in that spot. She told me she would contact her manager and get this fixed right away. After she disconnected with her manger she informed me she got approval to give me the item at the incorrect price. I was shocked and very happy as the other ones did not fit what I was looking for. Rachael went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make it right.

Associates could not find a way to combine two orders into one and have that order delivered.

I asked multiple times to get help with loading or finding stuff in the store and the employees shuffle off and no help is given.

Randy Heflin is indeed a Appliance Specialist. He knew all about the appliances and recommended his favorite. I appreciated that.
