For me Home Depot is easy to shop at and most all the staff know how to complete projects. Free advise, love it.

I bought this plant and within 2 days it died and Home depot had no problem with returning and replacing it for me.

I've been coming to this location for 20 years and Sharon the Cashier has been there for all twenty of them. She is the reason this is my favorite location. In twenty years I have never seen her not smiling. And she has put a smile on my face hundreds of times. Truly outstanding customer service. Great location over all but Sharon is the icing on the cake.

We are retired and on a limited income. We needed a washing machine that we couldn’t buy in cash, and Celine spent over an hour to work with the credit department to help us qualify to make our purchase…Thank you!

My plumber had to go to the Cave Creek and Cactus home Depot late tonight and I knew he was going to be cutting it close. I called ahead to see of maybe they'd let him in after close not expecting anything but sure enough the manager I spoke to let him in since I had give his name. Very appreciative that this manager was able to let him in and help him get the emergency job completed tonight.

Dorothy and Bill in Kitchens did a fabulous job in walking through plan for a project that included new countertops and sinks.

Diana was one of the nicest and fast workers and deserves employee of the year

We can’t thank Bill enough for all his help in designing our kitchen. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We spent 2 months designing our kitchen and feel so happy that Bill was there to walk us through a complex process. He is a wonderful asset (Sergio, too) to the Home Depot team and represents your motto well.

Rushed into store to grab some holiday items - left my cell phone at the self check out. Didn't realize until I returned home. Raced back in a panic - to found out Sonny, the front end Manager - had secured it in a locked drawer. Wished he could have accepted a reward - saved my week/month. Hats off to the store's honesty.

This is now my "go to" store for any and all. Great professional staff that remain human and friendly at the same time.

I am also a stock holder in HD and do have a vested interest in your success. You will only get it with happy and recognized stars in your system. I think the managers have dropped the ball by not telling the named staffers of the appreciation for their services. So managers.. get on the switch!

I went to rent a cement saw as I had a 100$ free tool rental, I got the saw took it back had the offer on my phone on the home depo app but the system wouldnt show it the manager of tool rental an customer service Tera took alot of time to help me but the site was down . They creditedy me back my Money an I still have a free tool rental. Ive been remodeling for months and had alot of hiccups with kitchen cabinets so I felt that this sort of made up for all the mistakes made by Others. ty
