We painted our kitchen cabinets and added knobs to them. We're very happy with the results.

We have made multiple trips to this location buying pavers and lumber in the past month. Everyone that I dealt with in every department was very patient and helpful. I appreciated the young men who loaded the pavers onto my truck, working in the awful heat and sun. They were very hard workers, never complaining and seemed to like their job. The lady, Yoli, who my husband and I dealt with when we ordered lumber to be delivered was especially pleasant and patient. The young man who delivered the lumber to our house was very nice and told us he loved his job. That is what we like to hear when we are buying from a company.

Cashier and employee are always friendly and available to help with any questions you may have on your projects. Enjoy the self-check out in and out in a minute when you know what you are looking for. The Home Depot App is great cause it tells you if the item you are looking for in stock and the location.

Joseph was the nice young man that helped me and my grandma today, he is truly the definition of a great employee.

This store has horrible customer service. It seems as if the associates are bothered when you ask them for assistance.

Was assisted by an employee whom I believe she lacked the experience and knowledge to be selling big appliances such as a stove. That resulted in a big headache with my purchase once delivered. It ruined the excitement of the new purchase.

Both the gentleman who assisted while shopping on the floor, AND the cashier who checked us out went beyond helpful and friendly!! They each provided us with excellent care and service.

Always can find great quality products I use in my property management business! This Home Deoot is my favorite location!

Horrible customer service

My husband and I stopped by at the Harlingen Home Depot to buy white paint for our home as my husband approached the Young lady at the paint counter and asked for the favor she did not want to open the can of white paint we had, she quickly turned my husband down and said “it’s just white” we understood it was “just white” but we wanted to make sure it was the right shade we wanted. Very unprofessional of her. My husband took it upon himself to open the paint.

Jay Rodríguez, great young man and hard working individual, professional and went beyond expectations to assist in my visit today. Hope his supervisor/s know what a great representative they have working for him/her.

Found everything I wanted, thanks to the employee who helped us out. Gabino is employees name.

I went to the store to buy 2 items (compressor oil/washers). A sales person was extremely helpful (P. Ibarra), he showed me were the oil was & then walked me to the area to get the correct size washer for the bolts I was using for my project. It was nice to have a person help determine those washers. Usually takes longer to find the section & pick out the correct sizes, he had them figured out in less than a minute. Awesome!!

Great store and good stock of items to choose from

Having shopped in Harlingen Home Depot today we had the best service ever and Ocie couldnt do enough to help. He went above and beyond to assist in every way. Will definitely shop there again best service ever

The employee was very disrespectful and did not honor the Veteran discount.

Even though I had a wait in the tool department for someone to help, Maria was polite and professional during the whole time. Always smiling and making sure we got the right tool.

Lauren from Harlingen is a terrific example of what customer service should be. She is willing to go above and beyond for customers like myself and is reason I'm writing this review. She deserves this credit and home depot needs to get this girl into a leadership position to train other home depots around the valley.

Every time I go to my local Home Depot, I am always impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful the employees are.
