Poor customer service non caring employees

Had being for a gear wrench 5/16 single couldn't find it except on kits , but i found at Home Depot.

Customer Service Rep by the name of Alondra was dismissive and rude.

its just a great store to shope in.

Great customer service! Jesus and Francisco were awesome and went above and beyond to help us select the right stove. This type of service is why we choose Home Depot over your inefficient competitors.

My review is simple.Focusing on certain times of the year hurt individuals that use your store on a regular basis, as opposed to those who use it for special occasions. Please remember the little person and their daily needs, because you tend to be a one-stop shopping center for most of us! Thanks again, stay on top of those bathrooms:)

The lady in the appliance dept. Was very helpful and kind. Very clean well organized store.

The store was clean and the products are very well visible and the employees are very friendly and always willing to help .

Store was clean, stocked, and staff was very friendly towards me. Would Definitely come here again for any hardware or appliance need.

Very poor check stand service, never enough are open. Guess they don’t want our money

Customer service clerk by the name of Ruben is bitter so he needs to be removed or you will loose alot of customers who call your store our Company has changed to Brownsville and McAllen because every time we call Ruben is very mean and ugly.

Very difficult getting g assistance from employees

Home Depot trains their people good Jackie is awesome in all depts. she helps and she talks to all people

This store is very easy to get to and the products are neatly organized to the point I can find most things on my own.

Clean store. Employees are generally pleasant and helpful. Merchandise is priced well. Really happy with windows ive bought there.

Store was great! Employees were helpful. They actually ask if the can help you. Displays were attractive and appealing.

If you are ever needing to replace your carpet Home Depot is the improvement store to come to. Their employee (Luis) in the flooring department is great. He takes the time to explain and answer your questions. And if he doesn't know the answer he makes sure to ask his co workers and/or manager to get you the correct answer.

Product out of stock at numerous plumbing locations. Assistance not to be found!

The store is one of the only home product stores in the area and has multiple choices available. Customer service could be better when looking for specific items. Those employees working as cashiers and in refund areas are helpful and courteous .

All the products that you need for your home project are at your friendly home depot.

Absolutely the WORST Home Depot in the continental United States. I made a purchase of over 1K and received the worst customer service in my life. I rented a green fiber machine that took forever to get ready for pickup, all the employees looked aggravated at helping me and nothing was ready for customer pickup. I took the machine home and voila! It doesn't even work! 3 hrs wasted - and the agitator doesn't work. The machine looks like it went to Iraq, no locking bars, agitator did not work, ghetto makeshift cables keeping the thing together and of course I still got charged the 250.00 for it. You're a big box store but your rentals look disgraceful (see pics). I go return it the next day and all but I employee were unhelpful. The service desk refused to assist and sent me to contractor services who also seemed confused about "where" the return should happen. I am an injured 2x US Army Combat Veteran and lifelong resident of the RGV. Out of ALL the HDs I've been in my life - this is hands down the worst. I'm injured, I needed assistance carrying the machine and everybody acted like I was a burden. I ended up just carrying the heavy hose even though I just had surgery a week ago! The only helpful employee present was BLANCA from contractor services. 

Clean and better organized store than most of the stores in the RGV.

I love the store, sometimes there is help around every corner and other times there isn't. Overall a great store.

The Home Depot employee are Awesome and very helpful and courtesy to assistance you.

This store has some terrible employees and worse in the manager I dealt with .
