I was there for an hour just to get 3 boxes of tiles even though website showed they had 97 boxes there were none on the shelf. I had to ask for assistance 4 different times from 4 different people. but of course it wasnt their department and they would call or find someone to help me but no one every showed up. Employees are not helpful at all. Most are standing around talking to each other with no interest in helping customers. One older gentleman finally helped me but between the first encounter and finally getting the tiles took over 30 minutes. But it wasnt his department and he said he had something he had to take care of in his department. Customer service at this home depot sucks!

As a homeowner, I make many trips to purchase items and DIY stuff for my home. I found that ALL the employees at the Harlingen HD are very knowledgeable and often offer their expertise to me. As a layman, I really like their knowledge about little tricks of the trade in helping me get my DIY home projects completed. Thank you all.

It's really hard to get someone to help you. And I had a hard time getting my purchase order ready. Had to go back to store 4 times before they got it. That's because I requested to speak with management

Almost every time I go, the price at check out is higher than the sticker price. We've made it a point to pay close attention to the sticker price and when they scan the items because there's usually a product that's a few cents to a few dollars extra at check-out.

It’s sad when going to all the “box stores “ nowadays. Employees don’t acknowledge customers anymore. Some are downright rude. Or when asked about where something might be, they don’t know. I used to work at a box store over 15 yrs ago. And customers were our priority. We were told never to “point” towards the area for them to go. If at all possible walk them over or call someone for assistance. I made it my priority to walk the aisles whenever possible and memorize where items were located. I even carried a small notepad to write down aisle #s and put down items that in that area. But then again that was me. I’m now retired but I always stress to my now working grandson to do the same thing I would do at his job. To learn every dept and to acknowledge every customer that he passes by.

I bought a pressure washer over a month ago and I was helped with a solution to my problem.

They are swamped at this store but always find time to tell you where to find something if you don't know where it is.

I have seen many stores like Home Depot, all have good things about them, but the Harlingen Home depot was very, very organized and clean. They had every single item I needed at a very good price. You cannot get any better than that. And the employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. My shopping experience was a very satifying one.

I’ve been to the home depot at least 20 times in the last 30 days. It really depends on the manager on duty to know the type of customer service you’ll obtain.

When you need help in plumbing ask for Raul. He knows the department and helpful.

Employee's are compassionate, caring about people. Even the customers who visit the store. They stop to ask if you need help in store, outside loading.

Terrible service couldn’t get any assistance waited for 45 minutes even though employees were their they say that’s not our department

I bought some Sheetrock and Leo, a worker, helped me right away bring the sheet rock from inside and loaded it into my truck. Very helpful and very kind young man

I had to go back to this store since they cut my blinds too short. I had taken them home and when I put one up, it was 4 inches too short. I carried all the slats back and they refunded my money. A nice man then came and got me another set and I watched to see that the exact cut was made. This time they fit.
