They are a very comfortable shopping experience. Home Depot stands behind the products they offer and the prices are competetive. Plenty of parking easy in and out and just off I-69 (77) at Ed Carey Dr, The staff of this store have always been helpful and friendly.

For a female 76 year old senior, this store has some great employees that are willing to help me find stuff in here. They weren't angry that I asked for help and seemed really friendly and eager to help. Thanks

Staff very friendly and helpful, associate in the paint department ordered item that was not in stock and advised of the date it was scheduled to arrive. I called and item had arrived so I picked up and started my project.

The harlingen location is very clean, and the staff are very helpful and nice. While i was there i was assisted in a timely manner and got all my answers about protecting my deck.

Associate was not helpful or friendly! Customer service in the Paint Department was very bad. I wasn’t greeted; didn’t get asked if I needed assistance. He had an aggressive tone with me. Then when my paint color was done I wasn’t aware it was complete. It was just sitting on floor in walkway.

Great to have competition across the road. Keeps prices down and good quality of merchandise. This store is to pick up stuff you need and get back to your work project, like pronto.

3 very helpful salesmen assisted us. All 3 were Courteous and nice. Bought a new water heater.

There are several improvement stores in my area. The convenience, salespersons, cashiers, etc... are always friendly, and available. I find myself always coming back even when I have closer options to my residence.

Store employees are very attentive and follow up as to other needs the customer may have. With their help, I was able to find the correct product and the suggested quantity/size needed. By them asking if I needed further assistance, I was able to jog my memory to recall other needed items. This saved valuable time and and another trip to town!

I shop several home improvement stores in Harlingen, TX. I often check pricing on line and purchase from the establishment that gives me the best price. Service is about the same at various stores. Discounts add up since I am retired and like to perform maintenance on my rentals, my home and my second home. By the way, my second home is in The Woodlands, TX so I am able to shop a different geographical area and compare services at several home improvement stores. I've bought several major appliances at Home Depot Harlingen, TX recently utilizing the discount coupons I receive in the mail (washer, dryer, wall oven, range, dishwasher). I will not utilize your ship to store service again because of delays in receiving the merchandise. Much more convenient to shop at Amazon. I have had one great experience with the purchase and delivery of a range purchased for one of my rentals--5 star. Unfortunately I encountered nothing but problems with a dishwasher I ordered. Employee could not get the correct name or phone number on paperwork and kept entering my tenant's name and phone. I had to go back to store to try to correct (not) and pick up was a hassle because of the mix up. It is quite evident that the labor pool in Harlingen, TX is limited and becomes evident when I shop in The Woodlands, TX. This is not the fault of Home Depot, it is what it is.

I am a 76 year old female senior who went to this store for a 4x8 piece of lattice, screws to attach and bags of leveling dirt. I got all my stuff with the help of the salespeople here. They are very nice and friendly and eager to help. They cut my lattice, found my screws to attach it with and also got me the leveling dirt. All loaded into my xterra. Thank you for a great store with good prices and knowledgable and friendly employees.

always great customer satisfaction. My saleslady-Diamond was very pleasant and knowledgeable with washer/dryer products. I even upgraded to slate gray color along with all accessories needed to complete installation of products.

The salesperson in flooring section went the extra mile to help me out. The cashier Ashley was in a great mood with a smile and she was very friendly and fast.

The store was good I would give a 3 star review only because in different departments we had a very hard time finding associates to help us . But I'm giving a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating only because an Employee name Byron made our shopping experience very pleasant . My husband and I are not 100 % experienced when it comes on buying tools and this time we had many doubts on what brand to choose. We came across this Gentleman, a very friendly and professional employee. He has an amazing customer service . WOW !!! As a previous member of management with Stripes I give him a greatg score of 100 He tooked his time explaining many things about different items .Caref Carefully reviewed the tools and explained to us the difference between one another recommending the best . The Home Depot Store in harlingen has the best staff of any Home Depot store i have been in. I also shop in Brownsville, and Weslaco, and McAllen Texas Home Depots
