I bought a new rug today and Yany was so helpful throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond and was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly very helpful!!

He refused to match the price online even when his supervisor asked him too. The item has one word in the description different than the one online, however, customer was able to check the item ID number and they are the same.

I have visited this store multiple times for different items and consistently find the sales assistants to be readily accessible, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is the best big box hardware store that I have ever used. Hands-down!

I bought four large (6') Arborvitae evergreens for the rooftop garden of my condominium and one for my balcony. There was a wide selection of plants to choose from. The help I received from the staff was extraordinary.

Customer service is great compared to Clermont FL store where I was a victim of racism b/c I’m Hispanic. I stopped buying there & switched to Lowe’s in Clermont FL

FREDERICK is an example of a hard-working person, someone who goes above and beyond to assist you with your needs. He will not let you walk out of the store without making sure you were being taken care of. Amazing service, Excellent experience.

Every time I go to the Home Depot on 59th street, I only half understand my repair/project. The associates are so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me figure out what I need to do and what I need to purchase.

Normally, everyone is very attentive, helpful and friendly. Once in a while, someone is not; probably someone is tired?

I’m a handy guy who’s loved HD since they first opened on Long Island by home in like the 80s. Used to be open 24/7, great for insomniacs! Still my go-to for anything handy’ish that I need. I always find this store neat and well-organized, and the employees couldn’t be nicer or more knowledgeable.

The item I wanted was not available online for shipment so I took time and spent $5.50 to get to 23rd St store for item that said Limited Stock. There were NONE. I was told to go to 59th St where they had 10. I spent another $5.50 the next day to go there. There were none on display or even a place for them. I asked staff. They couldn't find the item in their system. The first problem is that the website is very poor. A search will not find it. You have to find a different item in the model line and then choose from the pull-down. This method means many items will never come up in search. I got on and found it. They said it's in the warehouse. I said, "No, it says it's in stock in THIS store. They offered to have it delivered at MY expense. I asked for store manager. While waiting for manager, one of staff come running to front of store saying they found it in "hidden" location. 5 minute visit turned to 45. This should have been out on display with thee rest of the line. Home Depot really needs to revamp the site. It's full of missing or incorrect specifications and the search engine fails to find items. Usually, the more keywords you include, the fewer responses that are generated. Not here. You get tons more totally unrelated items. For items that are part of a line like the RIDGID modular toolboxes, searching for specific item yields nothing. You have to click on the one item that appears and then there are several choices in pull-down that won't show up in a search.

It is located in front of the customer service desk on the -1 level near the key-duplicator machine. All the staff does not know about them so just go to the customer service desk if you want to ask where is it located.

Each and every one of the employees at this location are kindhearted individuals who go above and beyond for their customers ! The Home Depot on 980 third Avenue is a step ahead of the rest !

I often feel as though I know more about Home Depot products than the staff does. When there is a problem, except to be passed around from one person to the next until you end up where you started-frustrated and without a solution. Always verify any information given to you by their online system or staff, ie out-of-stock products, appropriate applications for product, etc.

All around in this store were exceptional staff members. Specifically Isiah and Delvin were phenomenal!!
