Usually I shop at the 23 St store, I am more familiar there, but whatever the location, every time I need something my preferences are to try first at Home Depot

I usually buy the products I bought today

I worked w/ Eddie (cashier section of the store.) He was extremely knowledgable and helpful.

At slow times workers should try to learn where more products are instead of socializing!

I bought in the store, today, and the service was very good with lots of courtesy, friendship and knowledge of their respective areasof work.

cashier i had was great! sales on the floor not so much.....werent very helpful on this visit.

I do a lot of online ordering with store pickup. Orders are completed very promptly and if item not in stock, notified promptly.

Boy, every employee was helpful, engaged, and knowledgeable. Dale the Cashier was a standout star!

I went to this particular store at 59th at Lexington, store 5177 to start a project. Tried to find someone who could help and assist me. Went to the store early morning around 9am. There was not many customers on the store earlier that hour. BUT there were many employees 2-3 together laughing and chatting with each other. Standing there just doing nothing. No one seems to be willing to help. I am not coming back to this store. Hope Home Depot business must be doing really well to keep all these employees on the payroll roster for doing nothing instead of helping customers who have questions or provide assistance. No wonder why some stores are out of business because of this kind of culture environment. Terrible and poor costumer support.

I have met the perfect manager named Richard here. He was such a kind person. He says he was hired by the operations manger Cecilia. She did a great thing by making that judgement to hire Richard. So a big thank you yo the operations manger. All the cashiers were friendly and seemed to be very friend/family oriented. A very warm experience was what I felt.

I was lucky enough to have Nomi and Jose help me chose the electronics I was looking to purchase. They answered all my questions and never left my side until my purchases were completed. All sale reps should as professional in any consumer outlets

Everyone in the store were very friendly and kind. Always ready to help with a smile. This store is much better than the one on 23st

The kindest staff I've ever met!

Most of the time, Home Depot has what I’ve been looking for. I’m learning to go there first & not waste my time elsewhere. It seems to be the answer for me!

I want to say that there is a wonderful woman upstairs at the door named Mary. She sees that I have a Drive walker and is always so thoughtful of me seeing I have help coming in or out of the store with the heavy doors. She is at the front of the store on 3rd Avenue at 70th Street. Many thanks for Mary! I was glad to have her cheerful help today!

23 July 2021 -Thank you to Luis and the young lady who assisted me at the checkout counter. They worked as a team to resolve a purchasing issue concerning my rewards points with Samsung Pay.. The items would noy appear online so I was not sure how to obtain credit points for them. Luis was generous enough to pack my personal recyclable tote bag with my purchases. The best associates so far this year (including the amazing lighting associate in your Northern Blvd Store on 14 June). I received great lamp repair information! Thaks again

I was disappointed that I had to ask several employees before I received a correct response when asking where a specific item could be found. All employees should be familiar with the store's products, or at least have a general idea of where products are shelved. I appreciate that HD has a restroom that customers can use.

I love shopping at this Manhattan store at 3rd Avenue the store is always clean and well kept, the staff is pleasant and they always have a nice variety of plants to choose from. I live in Westchester County, however whenever I come into the city I always stop at this store.My shopping experience is always enjoyable.
