Emily was the cashier that asiaome. She wa patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable.

I am a HS football coach in the midst of a construction project to help my athletes. The employees at this store were more than helpful, volunteered to watch videos to see what I was constructing, assisted me in gathering the materials, and even helped correct my measurements. They went above and beyond what was required and I couldn't have got my project done without their help and guidance. And they were very helpful and friendly the whole time.

I shopped for ceiling fans and an updated shower head today at Home Depot. I was able to purchase everything I wanted and arrange for the ceiling fans to be installed. I am one happy camper!

I was having a difficult time making my purchase on line and decided to go to the store close to me in McDonough. As soon as I walked in I was directed to the employee that could help me. I could tell she was busy with her plumbing department however she seemed to appreciate helping me was important. She quickly help me complete my order, recommended installation contacts and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot with a smile. It's hard to explain how pleasant it is to receive customer service of such high quality. Sincere Thanks for making this visit so special.

Jason was on it, he helped me with what I was looking for making my experience effortless. I am so pleased. Claudia at check was pleasant I was very pleased during this visit. I was in and out in about five mins that was a first. I loved it. Hire more people like Jason’s and Claudia’s they made shopping at Home Depot today a breeze and I was pleased!

My toilet started to run so as a women, I needed to repair it quickly.

I bought a gas range from this store and it was not the one that was displayed in the store. The model in the store showed a center grate that had a separate griddle to go on top. The model delivered only had a standard griddle making the 5th burner much less useful. When I went back to the store and inquired they told me it shouldn't have had those components as they were upgraded accessories. The same CSR told me once that it was probably another customer that had switched it from another unit, but then later told me that the manufacturer told them that Home Depot doesn't carry the upgraded parts instore. So now I'm out of pocket for the upgraded parts, just to get the oven they displayed instore. This is completely wrong and textbook Bait-and-Switch tactics.

I a situation at my house where I had part of the ceiling cave in and do damage in my kitchen and everyone was there to help me put my life back together and I am very thankful wonderful Home Depot people that made me feel at home Devin Greg Raymond and Samantha

Brad R was there when I needed him. Helping find what I needed and made suggestions to make it easier! He walked me to find the items and stayed until I had everything. Truly amazing customer service!

Everyone knows there's a 3 trip minimum when visiting a home depot, but today was the shortest and least number of trips I've EVER had to make. I owe it all to Carol in the Plumbing & Bath Department. She was able to help me find all the things I needed to repair my shower (I couldn't turn the water off all the way). I brought in the old cold and hot valve stems for reference. With a single glance Carol knew the exact model number to pull. On top of that I needed a diverter stem (switches water from spigot to the shower head) as well, but couldn't get the faucet handle off. She was able to provide me with the right diverter stem without having the old one present and directed me to where the handle pullers were. She also made sure I had a valve seat wrench to remove the old valve seat. I made the mistake of not replacing the valve seats the last time I had to make this repair and it was a waste of a perfectly good brand new valve stem. The old seat chewed up the o-ring gasket and destroyed the stem collar. I made this same repair less than two years ago, so I was mortified when I had the same problem as before. As if all this wasn’t enough she also helped me find pipe thread grease for my valve stems and plumber's putty for the escutcheon plates. Thanks to Carol’s stellar service this will be a “One and Done Plumbing Run!” Huge thanks – extremely grateful!

The McDonough staff are exceptionally pleasant, informative, competent and professional. They made our visit a very productive day and especially BIANCO was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. Great person, great people and best HD I have shopped in ever. This Home Depot is hit or miss. Sometimes great service sometimes clowns. Lately been pretty good.
