Avoid the cashier Andrea in the Garden Center. The most disagreeable person I have met in a long time.

Helpful employees and courteous service

This Home Depot was a Great shopping experience overall. The Employees are very Friendly and will assist you when you ask them to show you where you need to find items.

Every time I come here they have everything I need any tool I need the workers are always polite and always asking if I need assistance and go out the way just to look for something I need so I think this is the best Home Depot

I’m new to this area and went online to find the closet Home Depot from the maps on my iPhone and instantly felt annoyed when I saw the ratings of this store. I just knew it was going to be horrible… not. This was one of the best Home Depot I have ever went into! Everyone was so helpful and kind of happy dear I say. Now, I went on a Thursday around 4:30 or 5pm so maybe it’s because everyone was about to get off but there was so much staff (HELPFUL staff at that) and I went from garden center, to having my blinds cut a certain size. It was just a good environment to be around. Honestly if my feet didn’t start hurting from my shoes I would’ve kept walking around

Home Depot is my place to shop...always a pleasure.

Every time I visit this location in McDonough, it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff are always there to lend a helping hand if need be. I will forever shop here!

I bough a washer and dryer. Ken helped me he was kind and knowledgeable the store was clean everyone I spoke to were kind and helpful

Was overcharged on my last visit. Associate busy talking to another associate

I paid for a patio set in the store and when I went to pick it up. They had sold it to someone else.

One of the staffs came to me and asked if I need help. Showed me the product I was looking for and explained how to use. Cashier was very friendly as well. She greeted with a big smile. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Items I needed in stock and Tommicko was excellent at checking me out at the register

It's all about how you, the customer, treats the employees that will result in excellent service. Lived here 20 years and have always had excellent service because I treat the employees like they are the experts.

Check out Brad at this location. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly, excellent help from Lynward in the PVC aisle made finding the correct parts easy.

After searching for shark bite (3/4) that goes cpvc and copper several other places and didn't find it until I got here. Finding it here enabled me complete a job that I had to complete.

Lots of knowledgeable workers, some retired from professional positions.

Bradford Rucker, Supervisor, Gray Beard, African American Male. When I tell you this man was extremely beautiful with his service! He was very attentive to the detail in my requests, he assisted me when other people were busy with other customers, and he also went over and beyond to assist me with my other questions in regards to other things I needed decision-making help with. In addition, not only was his customer service over and beyond he had a great conversational skills. Patient, thorough!
