Very nice friendly and very helpful

Always love going in this store but the last couple of times needed the assistance of the paint department and Brad Rucker was the best! He remembers me when I come in and talks about the projects I’m doing!

Very,very,poor customer service in the lumber Dept.Lumber manager was rude and unapproachable.

No masks like other Home Depots so people are walking around without masks. They have all of the flat carts full of will call orders so if you need a flat cart..go somewhere else.

At this time I do not recommend this store until enhanced sanitation protocols are followed.

I am visiting my daughter from Iowa....We have been to the store about a dozen times over the last couple weeks. Extremely happy with all of our purchases. Customer service is awesome. Your employees are excellent. Wish a had a home depot in my home town.

I think that cashier Sarah did a awesome job tonight and she was so pleasant to do business with. Why can’t all the cashiers be like Sarah?

I have always been able to find good help in all the different departments! I have never had a bed experience due to my gender no matter which department which is nice. This Home Depot is well kept.

After shopping at this store it left me with a sour feeling inside. One that tells me This particular store does not value it's customers. I came a long way to shop at this store, because this was the only store that had lattice in stock. The treatment I received was one for the ages. First I was told they didn't have any by Jim the store rep. I asked him could he look up the inventory because I was told over the phone the store had 50 sheets in stock. He looked it up and said he would check out back when he gets time. Approximately 20 minutes later he brought some in along with his forklift driver. They sat the lattice down after trying to put it in a bin located on the floor. ( Now he knows I was standing there waiting.) They left the area, which left me searching for something to cut the bans with. I found a saw cut the bans got my wood. Told the manager, His reaction told me he really did not care. Jim told me later before I let the store with the wood he had to go and get a reach truck. Why didn't he tell me at the time of the situation. He only told me because I asked his name and told him this is the worse service I ever experience. If the reach truck was really an issue why didn't the manager relay the same concerns. It seems to me' NOBODY REALLY CARES.

Not sure why this store is not wearing masks. The the stores in Morrow and Fayetteville do.

Brad is the paint department took the time to assist with my store needs. He explained options for what I could use and walked me to the product area so I could get what was needed. This type of service does not take place in these times anymore. Thank you Brad.

Everyone there is very helpful and seem glad to be able to assist customers. I needed assistance in the paint section and each day I came, though it was a different person, they were all kind and knew what I needed for my project.

The store is clean and not overly crowded. Most importantly the associates that I crossed paths with on the day of my visit were exceptional. I did not find the specific item I was interested in but an associated assisted me with finding an acceptable item.

I find this store to be well stocked and its employees knowledgeable about the products that they sell and approachable.The store is neat and easy to maneuver through. I enjoy visiting this location.

Could not locate vegetable plants and extremely small selection of herbs.

I love my Home Depot store. Great location and helpful employees are the main reasons I shop there. The store normally has the items in stock that I want to purchase. If not, the convenience of ordering online and using their outdoor lockers for pick-up is a definite plus.

Store was clean. Cashier was great. Blind dept staff did not explain what the services for cutting and ensuring the correct length and installation included. They refused to allow us the contact the company who installed the blinds and attempted to badger additional.money to correct their mistakes

I have been shopping at this store for 18 years+ and always able to find what I need and if I can't one of the sales associate is willing to help. good employees make a great company

I was very impressed in the midst of a very busy time and with the Corona Virus issues that employees were available to answer my questions and help me find the supplies that I needed.

This is my favorite Home Depot store. I shop weekly at Home Depot and this is my favorite simply put it is the employees.
