Can't beat the customer service anywhere.

This store in McDonough, Ga. was so neat,clean and organized. This is my favorite store of all.

I love the McDonough location. I was ignored at a similar store 4x after calling their service desk, and no answer on their 1-800 number. This location has quick curbside pickup and a good team. I have called the 1-800 number, and they helped very quickly. I love Home Deoot.

Super Helpful people in every aisle and people that really that really know the trades and are quick to offer help to those that aren't from the trades.

William went above and beyond to find the item I was looking for that was not on the shelf, but showed as being in stock. He found the box of them way at the top of another isle and restocked the shelf. How awesome to have someone in retail go beyond what they had to do. Tara was my cashier for this visit. She was friendly, helpful and fast!

I have visited other store(s) that carry the same items carried by Home Depot, but the service was lousy. I waited for assistance for a very long time along with other customers and felt like I was being overlooked. I recently purchased two (2) Pendant Lights that I love.

Perfect Visit - Staff was professional, friendly and motivated to provide assistance where some went the extra mile. Prices were lower than the competitor's price.

The store was clean, products were available, stock was plentiful, and customer service was great.

The Cashier Kennedy was friendly and very kind.

Yoli made our ordering experience easy and very attentive with everything we needed.

I was very happy with my shopping experience, Find everything i needed easily, and when i need help, store employees was friendly and answer all my questions and help me with my selection. The store was very clean, i would be happy to come back.

This store is organized, filled with employees that puts the customer first as they continue to perform their duties. I have always had an excellent shopping experience at this store. This store always has the products I am shopping for. Today I took a friend with me to the store to who was also shopping for products; she was amazed at the variety and availability of products. I am sure the store gained a new customer.

Customer service and employee knowledge is going down dramatically in this store. Greeter is great and tool department service is great. Exterior door & lumber department is not willing to assist.

KASHMERE is Great employee, she helped me find the product I was looking for & helped me throughout my shopping experience in the store & helped me with the online orders I had previously ordered for curb side pick up all the way through the process until everything was completed.

Today my family and I went to purchase a lawnmower and we saw a purchase price for a 48 Inch. For $1699 we went to talk to a Home Depot customer service and they came outside and approve that it was the actual price of $1699 however the manager came out and refused to sell it to us for this price because he said the actual price was $2199. So at this point Home Depot they are falsify the pricing this is false advertisement.

This store is a lot like the others: hit or miss. In my experience it's mostly miss. I've had much more positive interactions and experiences at the Lovejoy and Morrow locations. Mcdonough and Fayetteville have some of the worst customer service...it could be because I'm a latino but who knows...

It is very well establish.

Long line of customers waiting to check out and only one register open. Was charged for 3 poly sheetings instead I had only one. At $60 each this was $120 over charge.

Great customer service and knowledgeable employees.

The staff is so nice and professional. From the moment I entered the store until the moment I drove off, the staff was helpful and accommodating. I purchased a water heater and an employee placed it on the flat bed cart for me, pushed it to the register, and placed it into my vehicle. I didn’t have to lift a finger!

Need to hire more employees to assist with home improvement projects such as carpet, doors, kitchen countertops, etc.

The store is great. The customer service is amazing and it seems as tho the employee don’t completely hate their job, especially during a pandemic! The curbside pickup is so quick and efficient and the runner, Savina, is doing a great job. Keep it up!!!

Always found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable over the last 15 years that I have been shopping here. Its one of the cleanest and well organized HD that I have used in this area, and usually have all the items I need.

Watch your debit card, they will charge the whole proposed amount of the job to you before they do it. And if you cancel, they may charge you a template fee.

Clean store very and outstanding people working at this location!!!
