Joe helped me get everything I needed for this job, fast! He even cut a piece of sheet rock for me so I could get done with my job even faster. He was helpful in showing me where everything I needed was located and gave great advice on how to properly use my new tools.

After much searching and calling we found MIKE is appliances who was most willing to help us locate our product. We appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness.

I like the tools I bought it

Looking for and could not locate advertised items, an employee stopped what he was doing and looked up all the items on his computer then located everything I was needing in the store. I wish I had his name as he was outstanding with customer service.

Worked for HD for years, own HD stock, lived in 5 states with HDs, worked at 3 locations. This one is the worst. Fire everyone and try again!

I SWITCHED TO THIS STORE FROM ONE AT DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE EMPLOYEES WERE A LOT MORE HELPFUL AND DIDN'T MIND DEALING WITH MY ISSUES AND SOLVING THEM. THEY ARE ALSO MORE CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY. MY STORE OF CHOICE BY FAR.

Everything up until the point where they had my money went smoothly but everything following was a huge waste of time. In June I got a quote for a small entryway tile installation, they came and measured my space in 2 days and gave me a quote within a week which I paid in full (labor cost included) and was told I would contacted by the contractor to set up an install date. I never received the call after about a week so I called the store and never got through to anyone as the flooring desk always seemed to be busy and on hold for 30 minutes or more each time I called. When I finally got through they told me I would have to contact the contractor and work with him directly so they gave me his number. I called and never got through to him as well. Left voicemails, no call back. Called the store again and they said they would look into it but in the meantime my materials were ready for pickup. I was confused because I was told the contractor would be the one to collect the materials and I wouldn’t have to do a thing so again I told them I can’t get through to him and if they could please try to reach him and let me know if he is able to get the materials. They said they would and got in touch with him and he would pickup the materials but for an extra fee. I was a little annoyed but I went ahead and just borrowed a truck and picked up the materials myself. Again tried calling the contractor after I picked up the flooring and he did not answer again. I had still not spoken to the contractor at this point. After about another ten days I finally reached him and he told me my phone number shows up as “spam risk” which is why he didn’t answer my calls but doesn’t explain why for 6 weeks he never called me back. During the call he told me he doesn’t work for Home Depot anymore and hasn’t for about a month. So now I’m pretty upset and even more confused because this is the only guy Home Depot keeps referring me to. I call the store again and told them the situation and they said that this had just been brought to their attention and they understood my frustration and that I would be getting a call from the store manager to sort this issue out. I waited 2 weeks and didn’t get a call from the manager so I call the store again and asked for the Store Manager but was told he was now on vacation which is why I haven’t received a call. So at this point I gave up ever getting this sorted out unless I did it myself so I called the flooring desk and asked them to set up a pickup for the materials on their dime so I could just return everything and get refunded in full for the materials and the cost of labor that never happened and not have to deal with this ever again and just start over on my own materials with my own contractor. As you would expect the return process didn’t go smoothly either and I won’t even go into detail on that can of worms but I’m just glad it got done and will expect the refund soon but even the refund is not enough to make up for the huge headache and wasted time as this is a job I wanted to be completed by Summers end which is now here. What is going on with the checks and balances at Home Depot? No one seems to check on whether or not jobs are actually getting completed. I highly would recommend against using Home Depot for your installation needs. “How doers get more done” except you alone are the doer. Unless you do it yourself it’s definitely not going to get done with Home Depot.

Was looking t spend $500-$750 on some drill bits a indoor outdoor rug and a work bench. Said “Hi how you doing?” To an employee as he passed me. Was completely ignored. Was looking at the only bench that didn’t have price tag. I guess I’ll ask the three people at the door at checkout and ask them the price?

Just bought a new range. Great price and good value with the delivery, installation and hauling away the old range.

I received spectacular customer service from three store associates at store 1302, Drew, Kaitlyn, and Nick. Employees like these are the reason that I continue to shop in store instead of spending my money online. They had a wealth of knowledge regarding both products and store policies and we’re friendly and supportive throughout our entire interaction. Employees like these are the reason that I shop here, hopefully they see this - thank you all so much for all of your help!

I bought the 40V snow blower by Ryobi Tools because I live in Palmer and the Home Depot here didn't have any left. I drove 1 1/2 hours each way to and from Anchorage to this particular Home Depot because they were the only store left to have them. When I arrived they had only 8 snow blowers left. We love the way it works.

Workers were very helpful especially Mark and Drew. Mark helped us finding the toolbox we wanted and Drew helped us loading them into our truck. Both mark and Drew seem to be very knowledgeable of the merchandise and very friendly. Will definitely remember their names and faces for going above and beyond on helping us with this purchase.

Went to Home Depot to locate gifts for a Raffle at work. Found great items and wonderful prices!

Sought a manger for 30 mins just to be disrespected in question of price by Nick (Ops manager). When asked for best price of a damaged piece his points at sticker on item (as if i didn't see it or can't read) and states thats the price. No ability to show any type of customer support or concern. He was rude, disrespectful and showcased zero ability to giver a care for a customer. Left store apologies to him for wasting his time and his employees for having to deal daily with his attitude.

I love shopping at this store. They always have what I need, plenty of lumber carts where I need them and Kellie the cashier is super friendly and funny... Thanks Kellie!

I enjoy walking through the store, and am very familiar where most things are, however, if it is something I have never purchased before, the store employees are always willing to direct me to the area or have walked with me to the area and pointed out the item I was searching to buy. I like the convenience of self check out as well. The stores and bathrooms have always been clean in my years of experience of shopping at Home Depot.

Skip the location if possible. Employees are not helpful, half the shelves are empty because all their inventory is in boxes littering the isles making it impossible to push a cart through. They refused to honor posted clearance prices. Instead of checking the price or calling the department they said “well that’s what it’s ringing up as.” L. A. Z. Y.

Has a good supply of vinyl planks with padding attached that looks like it will be available in the future. They could add installation kits to assist in a one stop shop.

Not the first time experiencing questionable and inattentive service at this store. Atmosphere needs work as well as some employees need attitude adjustments.

Best products and staff they crush the competition and they even have a large tool rental department you wont see that at the other places
