Very friendly employees

The staff were very friendly and courteous !! Both Trinity and Triste helped me find the best deals on furnace filters and other items I was shopping for. The store was very clean and I was given hand sanitizer at the entrance to be sure I would be as safe as possible and the prices and service were the best possible!!

I visited another local store prior to going to the NE #1302 Anchorage store. At the first store, I left after going to customer service twice to request assistance and after waiting an extended period and still no one came to help. I decided to go to the NE #1302 store and quickly received assistance by a knowledgeable and friendly flooring specialist who also provided outstanding service. I will definitely be going back there for future home projects!!

Shopping at the store is always a great experience they have the materials I need and the service that always makes me feel welcome. I can definitely say that I don’t think there’s another store in Anchorage that I know the names of so many employees that work there Devon Holly Tuli jimmy And others that I fear I would spell incorrectly are part of the reason I always come back

I ordered a freezer by phone. The salesclerk was polite but did not tell me I needed to specify which way I wanted the reversable door to be set up prior to delivery. It arrived with door set to wrong side. Contract delivery people do not adjust items. Customer service manager insisted it was my responsibility, not the sales clerk, to know ahead of time to say how I wanted the door hung. She said I would have to pay for a service person to come to my home to rehang the door. After a lengthy conversation and my threat to return the appliance, she agreed to pay the driving fee but not the cost of the actual job. I am not pleased. Train your sales force better please.
