The associate at the "Pro Desk" was just the best! Product I wanted was in stock and plentiful. Was able to get assistance when needed. Store was clean and associates were very friendly and helpful.

Michael the store manager is amazing. He was so helpful oday with my lumber shopping trip. Kang and Joseph were great and cut all the pieces I needed perfectly. Store is stocked and everyone is so helpful.

The employees were friendly and the store was clean I found a great deal on a new washer after mine broke and was unrepairable. I found the product and assistance I needed here along with a great deal on a new washer.

My experience with most home improvement stores has been less than stellar. This store is the exception and are very well stocked and have staff that actually seem to want to help. The military discount for both active duty and veterans is great. They don't make you jump through hoops to receive it either which makes it especially awesome.

I went to the store to purchase a new washing machine. Mine died the day before with clothes stuck in side (it won't open). David Harris in the appliances department. Helped me find a new affordable washing machine, showed me a video of how to get those clothes out of the old dead machine and got me an appointment to get my new washing machine installed in 3 days. I would highly recommend David Harris. He was amazing! Great price on a new washing machine too!

Yariza Rambarde in the Cabinets Department is very helpful and easy to be around, even when we are at her desk for 3 hours. She then followed up on our orders multiple times with us. She is sweet and so very capable, she provides the best Customer Service!
