This is my favorite store in anchorage, TULAI she is always friendly and always ask me how I’m doing. She always asks me if I need any help to do my visit at the store more convenient and fast, because she knows I’m always in a hurry lol Thanks to Tulai !!!!!!!!!

There is never anyone on the floor engaging customers. I have never had an associate ask me if I was finding everything ok before I asked for help. It’s as if the customer service aspect of Home Depot has died. I’m extremely disappointed. As a shareholder, I truly hope the Alaskan district can get back to the customer service quality Home Depot used to have.

LOVE this Home Depot! The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

What often makes a store worth going to is the people that work there. I feel the crew is too small on the floor and you will have difficulty getting what you need if you don't already know where it is. The people at the Service Desk (Andy) and the Check Out ladies (Tulai and Laury) are super friendly and memorable; they make it worth it.

The customer service was above and beyond from every single one that I of the employees that I encounter they help me with my questions him we taking my merchandise today vehicle and to make sure everything was secure secure

Customer service is excellent! Sales folk are helpful and friendly. I took away a star because the delivery got screwed up and delayed us from getting the washer and dryer we ordered. Still waiting.

Customer service is really lacking. This store was practically empty and were we treated very rudely by a gal in the blind department. Very disappointed. There was one gentlemen who finally ended up helping us who's name is James. Doubt we will go back there.

I normally conduct my business with this H D. Dave, at customer service (manager?) and DAVE in APPLIANCES are my go to guys! On occasion I have gone to midtown as they were the only ones that could accommodate me with a specific cabinet order. the lady I dealt with there a few times is absolutely perfect in customer service!

TULAI has been great and when I am in the store she makes me feel like I am at home....your staff is great.....Tulia was trying to sell me some lights as seen on Tv.......pushing that product.....yes

This store is well located and has been a good experience over the many visits I've made there. And if you're lucky, you'll run in to "Classic Al" (check out the paint desk)... he was a real gem to chat with.
