My home depot was spacious , clean and the staff was courteous . I will be shopping there again!

Store cashier, who I think is a veteran, very pleasant. I always choose his register over self service

Bought drywall and plumbing supplies, everything was there and organized no need to do an extensive search for the right supplies.

I returned an item the very day I bought and the store associate who received my products was so friendly that I nearly decided to keep the item. The associates was so friendly tryingbto explain to.me what the product can do if I didn't know how it is used

The associates are extremely friendly and helpful. You receive assistance and valuable advice in no time. The store is clean, and well organized. I love to shop eat Stroudsburg location. It is my favorite one.

I've always found what I want or need at Home Depot. Unfortunately, I moved to an area that doesn't have a local Home Depot. But, given the opportunity when I return I visit the closest store I can find. They have quality products,,and great customer service.

Went to buy a faucet for my bathroom and had some questions. Got the nicest man to help me. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he didn't try to sell me a lot of stuff I didn't need. Also he didn't push me to buy the most expensive faucet on the shelf. there were some parts I wasn't sure if I had at home and he suggested I go home and check and if I was missing them come back in evening and he would help me then. What a swell guy! Checking out with RENE was So much fun that I still today laugh at the jokes she made. She was a Standing Comedian. Gosh I wish everyone had the same great experience I had. Rarely do you walk out of a store laughing all the way to the car. But I did :)

Every visit to this Home Depot, I leave a very happy customer. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful. Prices are great and all the products they sell are of great quality.

Members of the Pro Desk area are very accommodating and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to be of service and often go out of their way to help me out.

This store was once great, now it's barely OK. Never anyone in a dept to help you, and selection is not what it used to be. But according to the review guidelines, I shouldn't say that.

We were having trouble removing a bolt on our own and Ed was able to remove it for us and took the time see if there was anything else we needed help with

Every time I enter the store I am greeted with a happy face. As I roam through the isles I am always confronted with an associate wanted to help me find something. I moved here from New York and I never received this type of help in any of the Home Depots that I visited. The store is usually fully stocked and isles easy to navigate. They keep the store very organized, even with the amount of customer traffic passing through the isles. Keep up the good work team.

I've been to many Home Depots and the Stroudsburg store has the nicest staff.

Had such a great experience with Bill M (gardening,) Hrysi (Customer service,) and Theresa (manager)! Thank you all for helping us with out grill and for making it a pleasant experience. When we received the floor model and were upset not once did anyone give us a problem or attitude. You guys helped us so fast and so efficiently. I hope you all get to read this and know we appreciate you. Will be back again and hopefully they can help us again!!!

recently purchased a router from Home depot and couple of rigid products that i'm pretty excited about.

THE PRODUCT WAS FAULTY RHEEM 18KW INSTANT HOT WATER HEATER, AND A 27KW UNIT BOTH WERE FAULTY, BUT THE POLICY IS THAT WE ARE NOT TO RETURN TO THE STORE, WE REPAIRED THE 27KW UNIT USING COMPONENTS FROM THE 18KW UNIT AND I AM STUCK WITH AN 18KW UNIT THAT I NOW HAVE TO SEND BACK TO THE MFG. THE STORE IS GREAT IN SPITE OF THIS ISSUE

I enjoy coming to the Home Depot. The associates are friendly and very helpful. In a world of technology and texting (no eye contact) it is wonderful to have that one on one conversation with an association who wants to help and that's what I get when I go to Home Depot

If you want or need assistance, this is not the place for you. Employees act like they're doing you a favor.

I frequently order on line for pick-up and both in store and curbside pickups have been handled efficiently by employees

Not only was the store clean but the staff are on top of everything. Besides myself I noticed a few employees helping other shoppers with their needs and that made me happy. I too had absolutely amazing assistance.
