The checkout system is a nightmare. It takes longer to check out than it does to find what you're shopping for if they have it in stock. I was there an hour after opening and the store was a cluttered mess.

Great neighborhood store always neat clean and well stocked. This store shows that all associates take pride in good quality customer service and pride in store appearance overall.

"Customer Service" department is always slow and disorganized. I was treated rudely by their Customer Service staff - they don't listen, and make mistakes. Stock is always iffy.

Found what I needed with ease. Cashier was amazing,respectful and polite. Love the store

Joe in the paint department is the very best in the area. Do not waste your money at other local stores. Joe has been there for many years and can help your painting project come out perfect every time.

Lisa D’Alesaandro was the only one in the store that addressed my issue with the products I was looking for. The online store showed 30 pieces of the material I needed and the store could not find it. Lisa took the time to call other stores to find what I needed and made the transaction pleasant. I was on hold with HD for over 40 minutes and was was pretty aggravated. Thank you again Lisa!!

Exceptional performance from staff at store. Nyla, front end cashier in customer service, helped me tremendously and patiently helped me set up will-call order. Rob helped me in floor and wall, with tile. Friendly associates and people in department know the products.

The items I needed are easy to locate. Staffs are pleasant and helpful. Brandon and Chris at the check-out are very courteous and fun to talk to. Very patient too.

It's always a pleasure to shop at my favorite store. The problem is I ended up buying more than I need it what my spouse would say. Great selection of plants and the ease to ask questions on products from knowledgeable associates.

I got myself in a bind with a home improvement project replacing a faucet, let’s just say, there is no water in the house. I brought my problem to Seth, he didn’t hesitate, knew exactly what I needed, didn’t even need to try different parts, he put it on and showed me how to finish my project, he was a hod send, I am not confident in my abilities to doing this type of work, but I am armed with a new feeling of confidence. Home Depot is the place. Excelent customer service. It's very frustrating when you go a Home Improvement store and the person in the department has no knowledge of anything they sell. This is not the case at Home Depot. I have frequently visited and not only gotten the right product but often recomendations on how to use it or other products that will help with my project. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. I prefer Home Depot to compeditor.

Went to buy a baseboard heater and asked for direction to item location. The associate I found was not wearing a mask and when politely asked where the item were the grunted and waved thier hand in a direction. I was visual confounded by this and recieved a second grunt and wave and as I walked away he was audibly scoffing at me. I will have to seriously think about returning to this store if an alternative retailer is available for my needs.

The store is need clean. The Employees are friendly and greeted you when you enter. The prices are great easy on my wallet. I love this Home Depot..

Everyone at this Home Depot were so friendly. Store was clean, bright, and well stocked.

Unsatisfied customer. Upon checking out, the cashier advised that if I open up a store card, I qualified for $50 off my purchase. After I opened up the store card, she then advises that she made an error and it was only $25 off my purchase. I guess this is the norm routine to have loyal customers open store card under false pretense. Unreal.

Completely satisfied with the store. All employees are well knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I am a regular patron at this location and will continue to do business in the future.

I always have a pleasant experience shopping at Stroudsburg Pa store. The associates there are friendly and knowledgeable. I believe the majority of the associates were or are still active in certain practicing certain skill sets, e.g. carpentry, electricians and plumbers. If they don’t have an answer they will ask someone else or conduct some research, e.g. looking for information on their cell phones. I appreciate their work ethic. I will recommend visiting Stroudsburg, pa Home Depot to anyone. Thanks and keep up the good work!
