All store associates I spoke with required me to provide a core for a defective auto battery I was returning due to failure. How was I to do this? I was in the store for a FREE replacement. The defective battery was the core. My original core was provided on the initial purchase. Not only that they insisted on store credit which now means I pay more for this FREE replacement.

Shop here all the time staff is very helpful

There were a few things that we needed to pick up from the store. However before we could begin I had to use the bathroom. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt that was on the baby changing station. It makes you wonder if staff can't take the time to clean the bathrooms properly, imagine how they clean the rest of the store. Especially during this critical time. Aside from the unnerving feeling from the bathrooms... I have to say that the staff was out on the floor. Walking in I past 3 employees that were more than willing to stop and offer help. While looking for some of the items that I was looking for, if there wasn't an employee in that isle.. there was one not far eager to help. Sadly didn't find everything I was looking for.. so will have to go to another store to keep searching for grease covers.

Never had a problem finding what I needed. If I had a return, it was simple and easy to get done.

If you visit this location and have the chance to get Renee as a cashier, your visit will end on a positive and happy note. She is engaging and will leave you with a smile. Its the simple things that makes us smile and Renee delivers this wonderfully.

Very unpleasant shopping experience at the Home Depot due to an employee by the name of Philorine. She is very unwelcoming and treats people like they are beneath her. I’m shocked she still has a job at this location!

I asked an employee in this store to get an item down off a high shelf, he muttered and cursed the whole time.

I don’t always know where to find certain items and all of the employees are very helpful very helpful! The cashiers are very friendly! It’s a great store!

I'm in the midst of repairing one of my decks & have been ordering online at the Stroudsburg store utilizing curbside pick-up, not due to any planned-emic, but rather for convenience. Each, & every time, the wait has been short & the service excellent. Well done!! STAY WELL, SAFE, FREE & BRAVE!

Just was lucky enough to always find people who will always help you at this store. Always given great advice and most of all they give opinions and options.

Initially started my kitchen remodel at Lowe’s, but would not get call back from kitchen rep. I came to Home Depot stroudsburg and started kitchen remodel with Chamali. She was the most professional and skilled person to work with. Very delightful, helped me with every detail until the design came out perfect. Never had to wait to hear back from, and explained the process clearly. I thought this process was going to be long and stressful, but she made it simple and fun!

I order my grill for the July 4 the Delivery truck Took back to the Home Depot store because he didn’t find my dress it was Jennifer Circle he took it to Jennifer Lane could not find it and bring it back after I paid $80 bucks for delivery and to be built But young lady Credit me back the money but But I had to pay to takeoff the wheels the legs squeeze it in Cherokee Cherokee

A great experience. All interactions with personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The entire experience could not have been better.

You asked for the review so here it is... This store was a pig-sty. Product everywhere on the floor in every isle and not one person was stocking shelves. Machines left in inconvenient locations. Worst I've seen it in 20+ years shopping at HD. Your competitor is just one mile up the street. Maybe that concept should be forefront in your thinking. Clean up!

The assonates are all very helpful

There's just way too much stuff clogging aisles making navigation throughout the store difficult. For example, folks checking out at the pro desk blocking access to and from nearby isles due to product stacked up in the walkway.

Home Depot's prices and services are good, but certain returns are sent to a third party for authorization. It took me 5 months to get my return authorized. This return policy is a nightmare. Enough reason for me to shop elsewhere.

Sales associated friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great shopping experience in the paint center area.

Purchased a pre-assembled grill, went over to get the grill to see that obviously they are locked up. Went to customer service where I was told someone has a key but no one knows who is carrying it. Was told that garden center should be able to help, so I mentioned That’s the register I purchased It at and they didn’t even tell me the grills where locked up. At that point the employee just walked away, left me wondering if they where even searching for this key. Couple minutes later they found the key, we get the grill in the truck and on our way. We then realize the grill is damaged so we go straight back. Tell them at customer service the grill is damaged and they say ‘so what you want a new grill’ of course I do. Again now we go through the same thing everyone saying they don’t know where the key is. (The guy who unlocked the original grill doesn’t remember who he gave the key to less then 20 minutes ago?) Then I was Asked if I would mind coming back tomorrow. Absolutely I would mind! And they where a little taken back that I would mind. My issue with this entire situation isn’t that they where unsure where the key was because that happens, it’s how they reacted to even trying to find it BOTH times.

I felt many of the items were stacked in a method that made finding the price and descriptions difficult I was looking for medicine cabinets and found them placed on high shelves where it was impossible to view size and price and they were scattered in several place’s. The bathroom vanity’s were also not centrally located. They were scattered in several areas and not visibly priced.
