Went in the other day , staff was extremely helpful, no wait time , quick and fast

Store clerk at the tool department on Sunday 12/4 was very helpful kind and courteous. he spent considerable amount of time tracking down a circular saw and did so with a smile. Mission complete!

All the employees at the Stroudsburg, PA Home Depot store really rock!! They are always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. Charles (Lumber&Bldg. Mats.) is always extremely helpful. Jewels is great at the Service Desk. Rick at the lumber cash register is a good help too. Joe at the paint counter always does a wonderful job getting my paint mixed properly. The list goes on and on..... Janetti is always super helpful whenever I ask for her help.....

Everyone went out of their way to give me the information I needed. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was.

I always have a great experience in finding the supplies I need, and I always am treated professionally and with respect by the associates. Finding employees in the store can sometimes be difficult. However, usually when I find one at the store, they’re extremely friendly and kind and generous. If they are not knowledgeable on the subject matter, they find someone who can help.

No one is ever available when I need help. And when someone is available they either have no idea what they are doing or give me extremely unprofessional attitudes.

I have been repairing a building and so far it’s a joy getting the items from Homedepot. I definitely will continue buying my products from Homedepot.

I think this is a very good store compatable with the other home depot stores in a 50 mile radius. It is the closest for me , and very convienent . Also on the website if my store is out of stock on a paticular item , the site will direct me to a store that has the item in stock . I can also order the item to the store.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick in the ProDesk department. I am in the process of doing a new deck. I have been on the phone with Patrick for the past 2 weeks. He was quick to send the quote to my email on all of the items I needed. Once I was ready to purchase, Patrick was there to help me place the order. He was informative and made sure the whole order was correct. I was having issues with my account online, he waited patiently until I was able to get the information. couple of months ago I bought 3 LG air conditions and a 34 ton log splitter, very satisfied.

I found the refrigerator that I needed at a great price and with free delivery.

We went to the Stroudsburg, PA store to look at dishwashers. We were greeted by a Bosch salesman and by Joanne who helped us with our dishwasher purchase. She was very patient and very knowledgeable about all dishwasher brands that were offered. We decided on a Bosch dishwasher, and Joanne made the whole experience easy!

I bought a weed wacker today and when I asked an employee a question they didn't know the answer to they actually took the time to figure it out.

He got a generator down from the top shelf within a few minute.
