The costumer service is so good!!

Went to this store and let me tell you the employees are really sincere, when you ask one of them for help, they stop what they are doing just to help and answer any questions you may have.

We live close to this Home Depot and love that we can just run over grab what we need and if we forget something, which can happen in the middle of a project we can run back and grab it.

I bought many things now that I am a home owner. This store is wonderful and close to my house. Great service

Gerald in kitchen design was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped figure the most convenient layout for my kitchen and suggested excellent problem-solving ideas. He took a personal interest in my situation. When I returned to the store after an absence of two weeks, Gerald remembered my name and details of my order. Wendy in blinds, has a wonderful demeanor for meeting the public. She was patient with helping me stay within budget and she really knew her product.

I made a purchase last week and was disappointed and disrespected by a Former employee. This store handled my issue and looked out for my best interest. The Former employee doesn’t represent this store and will not prevent me from returning. Thank you Homedepot

I stopped at Home Depot to see how they were stocking the store for spring planting--it was beautiful and very well-stocked. Our recent weather has been so different from "average"--I also was interested in purchasing a backyard weather station.Khaly helped me find the perfect weather station for my needs.

I am felt supported from all the staff helping me, received items needed, came back for for stuff the next day and the staff had the same high quality of standards and support. The entirety experience meant a lot to me. Chevis would make an excellent manager if he isn’t already. Everyone seems to rely on his support and direction. Home Depo you have a very good team. My experience at this particular store is always a great one!

I was picking up supplies for my partner to complete a project, and I wasn't sure where to find anything. Mr. Keith showed up and asked if I needed help with anything. Then he walked me around the store and helped me find everything we needed. It was just what I needed after an exhausting week. Thank you Mr. Keith!

My wife and I went to the Home Depot on Wages Drive yesterday to find a special wrench for a plumbing project. "Mr. Keith" helped us find a solution and resolve our challenging situation. He was the most helpful customer service staff member we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Home Depot has everything needed for my DIY home improvements and repairs. I can always find knowledgeable associates to answer any questions. I enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot.

If you are looking for the old Home Depot level of customer service, see Keith Holmes. Friendly, knowledgable, polite and funny. We were so happy with his superior level of customer service, we bought a new stove over $1000.00.

The salesperson, in appliances, who helped us purchase a clothes dryer, is Keith Holmes. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us a quote over the phone and then we went in to finalize the purchase. He was the BEST!

Great staff. Helped me finding item for my home that was not in any of the stores near me.

Wanda went above and beyond literally as she scaled a ladder at least 10 times trying to locate several toilet seats that were not stored above the sample one. She was friendly and determined to get us our product.

It seems there are always issues with this location for tool rental. Either the equipment is broken down or the rental trucks are not properly equipped to be able to tow some trailers. Even though Home Depot advertises that you can rent their trucks to save on delivery fees for large equipment rental, this location does not have all the proper supplies according to the Home Depot employee I tried to rent from.

I was overcharged by $50 and if I hadn't been returning the items I never would have noticed!

I bought some playground sand for an umbrella stand and was very pleased with the quality and price offering.

An employee who l won't name, aww what the heck, Pearl, was extremely rude and incompetent and actually had a customer behind me go in front of me and then didn't know how to complete the transaction. She clearly must have been having difficulty understanding her job description. She wasted another 15 minutes of my time. I won't be visiting this location any longer.
