Tiffany at the Pro desk is awesome , every time I come this lady makes sure she cracks a joke and makes my life easier . Patient and efficient and makes it happen . You all need more like her .

The Sales Associate At The Pro Desk By Name Of Tiffany Has Excellent Customer Service. She is very knowledgeable of her job. Very Eager To Help.I would to see workers like her around the world not just Home Depot. As long as she around I will definitely be a lifetime customer

GOOD ENOUGH PRODUCTS

I love our Home Depot store. It's super clean and all the employees say hello and ask if I need help...Everyone wears a mask, which is more than important to me. I get a military discount too! (This trip, Albert was particularly helpful)

Tiffany was great with getting all my items and order corrected. She is a great asset to this pro desk . They way she helped the older lady was surprisingly special because she was sincere and still managed to help me . Pro Desk at this store is well organized , Tiffany was bouncing around assisting everyone and greeting people and seems like all the customers love her from what I saw.

The staff is always friendly and the store always well stocked.

Tiffany was very pleasant even though her co-worker I witness when she tried to help her was very rude and started speaking Spanish with the customer she was trying to help. Tiffany kept her cool but you could tell it bothered her but she still pushed service. After all is said and done she still smiled and wished us a happy turkey day and I gave her a hug and told her to continue the great work despite the ignorance of others. Not certain what the lady’s name was but she was Hispanic and rude.

I was once very happy with all that I purchased from Homedepot and the installation. I bought $2,700 of Flooring to have installation done and flooring was not delivered on time. I had to visit the store on several occasions to get situation handled. Not Happy

This experience was very disappointing, however Tiffany was very impressive. I wanted to place an order but the Latino woman at the pro desk would not acknowledge me because she was looking at her phone and talking to everybody but the customers. I saw Tiffany working with two other customers and she yelled sorry about the wait we will be with you momentarily. Well guess what the lady never assisted Tiffany and then walked off. I was up next and I am thankful for that. Tiffany was very patient. Tiffany stayed very friendly even though no one else was helping her at the pro desk. Keep up the great work Tiffany not sure if you can see this but stay strong young lady . It will pay off in the end. You’re a Super star.

I bought a dishwasher and am looking forward to it being installed this Saturday!

I want to thank whom ever hired this young lady because she is a blessing to this store . The experience is always pleasant and fast because I can count on Tiffany at the pro desk not only does she Greet you with hey my friend she walks to car with me to help me Everytime she can. The other young ladies stand around all the time but she tries her best to move the lines. She rocks . My husband and I look for her because these others don't have any sense of urgency seems like.

Tiffany at the Pro desk is very sweet and knowledgeable of the Pro rewards she signed my husband and I up. She was assisting everyone it's seems because she was by herself then I saw a man walk up and start helping her. Great job on this lady she is a star .

My favorite store nice friendly service

I rely on this store because it is convenient and easy to get in and out. They are generally organized and the team help a great deal with questions and locating items. Occasionally, items are misplaced, but I think other patrons are more to blame for this. I now have a fully functional line trimmer and my wood tool box has a new bottom and the metal tool box has a table base and a host of other small issues are fixed thanks to help from HD. I much prefer to solve things myself over pay to get help. HD makes this possible.

Mr. Umeh, the manager, must be setting a good example. The sales assistant, Treyonna, was excellent in helping me with my problem and later order. I noticed how friendly and helpful all the employees at the customer service desk were while I was there. There was a lot of choice in the patio furniture area where I was shopping.

Scott really saved us a lot of labor when he noticed us starting to load 16x16 pavers into a cart. He asked how many we needed and when we told him the large amount, he offered to load them into our truck using a forklift and his helper, Sanchez. The whole operation was very efficient, even though it was a very busy day in the garden center.

Upon entering the Home Depot I was greeted with a smile by the Lovely Greeter on Wednesday and Thursday asking if I needed any Home Improvements done I told her yes! We setup someone to come out for a free estimate on my mom's Bathroom. My mom and I was very satisfied with what was discussed on the estimate. (Lifetime guarantee).
