We are renovating an older house and Home Deport #0117 and its knowledgeable are very important partners in our project.

As a senior manager in a hospital, I understand the cost of hiring and the challenges we are faced with in today climate but there's to much turnover at this store. Turnover is a direct effect on dollars spent in the store and also reflection of management. Bottom line manager get bottom of the barrel employees which relates a low cost of spend in the store.

Disappointed that in the 30 minutes I spent in the store today, I was able to count 20 people not wearing masks. Clearly this location does not practice the policy that is posted on their front entrance.

Home Depot is the store that has might need. The associates are friendly and eager to help you find what you want.

Pine straw has never been more than $4.00 per bale. Now, HomeDepot has rolls instread of bales, which are labelled as "equivalent to two bales." And they are $8.75 each. I don't think they are equivalent to two bales, judging by the ease of picking them up.

The store is nicely cleaned and the products are easy to find. The customer survives are very good.

I used curbside pick up. I purchased a lawnmower and the woman brought out a box that was obviously damaged. it looked like it was re-taped. I asker her to please bring me a new mower in an undamaged box. she said I would have to go into the store and return it myself and ask for a refund then purchase a new one. the most ridiculous situation since I used curbside pick up so I wouldn't have to go into the store during Covid. I took the lawn mower home and it is damaged and am now dealing with that. something that should have taken an hour is now taking two days to deal with plus the time it will take to replace the damaged part, if they can. overall a very bad experience. the mower was a 600.00 RYOBI electric lawn mower.

Clean store, lots of supply in stock, friendly employees.

I came in for a washing machine and Debbie was great. Very nice and walked me through everything.

We like Kevon, one of the managers, also Debbie Vowell, and the ladies that work at the return counter. The manager was available to us along with help from other personnel. We enjoy coming to this Home Depot as they are well stocked and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Home Depot appears to make an effort to help and satisfy the customer and this store is no different. Most likely customers will go to the closest Home Depot but highly recommend this one.

The customer service workers are not trained and do not bother to say thank you. Maybe soem courses on house training are in order. You are not there doing favors for shoppers. The shopers are keeping you employeed. You might as well work for the government with attitude like that!

During my first 10 minutes in the store I saw two customers without masks. When I went to an employee, he told me that he was not authorized to confront customers about this and that I needed to find an assistant manager or manager. I found someone at the front who was willing to do this and he headed off. I continued shopping and ran into three more customers not wearing masks. At that point, I realized that the management at the store was not taking the mask mandate seriously and decided to leave. I purchased what I had in hand and left. Enforce your mask rules. I was greeted by someone asking me if I needed HVAC services, but I suspect that had I not been wearing a mask, I would not have been stopped. Do better.

Store is fine, but I do not like the spanish language. If you are pandering to one group, why not pander to them all?

The items I need are usually available and it's checkout process is fast and friendly.

Tuesday visit to Decatur, GA store #0117 was an unexpected pleasant shopping experience. Women employees were very helpful and pleasant. Weekend experiences have been unpleasant so have been shopping at Norcross store where employees are mostly helpful and friendly. May have to shop #0117 in future to see if employees remain helpful and pleasant, especially weekends.

My second Home. Associates are always eager to offer a helping hand, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.

Kirk Butler is a valuable asset to this store. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was his first day, but his determination to assist me was commendable. I'm sure there is alot to learn and be trained, but he is certainly on the right path. Great customer service skills.

I cannot tell you how many nails I have gotten in my tires at this store over the years. I don't think that I got any in a tire tonight, but just walking from the exit to my car (I did not scour the whole lot) I found and picked up 3 nails waiting make holes in my tires that cost about $175 a piece. Please hire a parking lot cleaning service that has a big electromagnet on the front of their sweeper truck. Finally, this store is consistently poorly stocked compared to other HomeDepots.

I have had multiple delivery problems at this store and unfriendly staff twice.
