The store wasn't dirty but so many things in the aisles, it's very hard to get anyone to help you.

Friendly and helpful staff

The cashier Teresa was very friendly and nice. Sherry at the pro desk was not helpful and very rude. Teresa should be in charge she was fantastic

I do wish one thing and that is that the cashiers name be put on the receipt.

Extremely bad customer service!

Customer service is horrible. We were lied to several times. They didn’t even try to get us an accurate quote. And grossly over charged us for delivery.

The parking lot is a place that need to have some kind of a lane to avoid other drivers to drive anywhere they want.

Employees are more interested in personal conversations. Prepare to wait 45+ minutes for assistance. And prepare for the assistance to be useless.

Garden personnel are very helpful and kind and treat visitors/customers with dignity and respect.

I'm usually a Home Depot fan but this store has me struggling. There is a constant mess to try and navigate around, random aisles are always closed, and paths are blocked. Then they have employees that actively hide from customers or prioritize phone calls over customers currently in the store. For example, I recently bought mulch here, and as I was in the parking lot loading the bags of mulch into my truck, I had a HD employee walk toward me, and then actually look away/keep his head turned in a determined way so that I couldn't catch his eye to ask for help in loading my vehicle. I have plenty of examples of horrible customer service and my experiences at trying to navigate through the disorganization, but I am out of space. Do not recommend.

I love the way your employees take pride in there job.

If you are a veteran, you may wish to consider the other big box store. Home Depot is very selective about when they will honor your service (certain holidays only) whereas the other store is not. Otherwise, the store is OK.

I was informed this morning that The Home Depot no longer recognizes the flag on your drivers liscense as valid for military service.

Employees very disinterested, rude, and unhelpful.

No customer service and false advertising!

Online orders should be cleared by name and not given away to other customers making someone have to return on another day to pick them up when they were told it was ready

The store was ok but the costumer service I received from the worker named emma who was a shorter girl with light brown hair, was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to me when i asked for help. I wont be shopping there again after that customer service and im sure many others wont after i say what i was told from that girl

Not about this store ... The pompous posturing, ignorance, and lack of factuality on voting security by corporate is appalling. For now, I will elsewhere first to shop.

I went into Fairbacks Home Depot to buy some gardening supplies, but left with a lifetime worth of knowledge. Not only were the employees friendly and knowledgeable, but they really seemed to happy to help. Whatever management is advocating at this particular Home Depot, they should should definitely keep it up, because I was beyond impressed...and that's rare.

One staffer directed me to exact isles of several different items. She knew the exact locations without hesitation. Quite impressive! She needs to be commended! I will go back just to acknowledge her to management.

staff are always friendly and helpful, and if they dont have what i was originally looking for then they offer alternatives that might serve my needs.

every is good every we have been there

Did not know that Home Depot has a "will call" option for buying certain items when they are on sale. I asked for a raincheck which I usually lose or forget about until they have expired. I was able to purchase the items during the sale and will get a call to pick them up when they arrive.

I find the products I was looking for because some of the associates friendly and very help full.

Always helpful and courteous.
